And what an amazing rethinking of the layout. Moving the refrigerator was genius. The bedroom pendant lights are so cool, and the primary bath layout and finishes is perfect. Well done!
I am generally not a fan of mono interiors.... but this remodel looks amazing! I think the texture and quality of the materials make a huge difference. Activate is the buzz word of the moment... I have been hearing it more in meetings in the past few months.
I love interior designs with white, and it is the nicest white design I ever seen. Victorian added many special features with her modern taste in a "white" design. Such a great job! I immediately subscribed the channel 🥰
This condo is absolute perfection! Victoria did an exceptional job with this renovation. However, the lack of a double sink in the master bath might be an issue during resale. Couples do not want to share a sink. They will share a bathroom, but the sink areas are usually separate.
I would have loved this to be a slower walk through to really appreciate the detail and see everything in the context of each room and overall space. I hope Victoria adds more projects to Houzz.
I wish the frame of the glass cabinet in the kitchen wasn’t polished chrome….it makes it look so cheap. Swap that out for antique bronze and it would look so much more high end …. And warmer. I would also swap out that “gold” brass colour in the bedroom for something a bit less gaudy. Overall this project is a stunning winner. Well done. I love it.
While i dont like all the white, i got a lot of inspiration from The layouts n design. Specially the leaving is exactly like mine (except i have a floor to ceilings library instead of the tv). :)
It’s lovely, but once again… White and lacking color and pattern. I just imagine how much more interesting the condo could’ve been had they made bolder choices. I really wish House & Home would start showcasing different looking projects.
You guys have basically the same set up on so many of the holes it’s all beige and cream and little bit of natural wood is the boring after a while!! when I see something colorful and different, I’ll start looking in again
She relocated fridge and freezer and put inside the sort of a closet. If you do like this, you should continue further with the same panelling and even go around the corner with the same paneling to blend everything more. Otherwise it looks like an isolated closet.
Why do designers insist on wall mounting TVs so high? They aren’t art pieces viewed at standing eye-level. They are viewed sitting down. 42” from middle of screen to the floor.
