- With Zenless Zone Zero around the corner, we need to figure out the best possible build for Ellen Joe from the Victoria Housekeeping Co!
She is an absolutely insane S-rank ICE DPS unit, that will dominate the competition!
In this video, we will break down her slightly complex moveset, as well as the best Disc Drives (aka relics), W-Engines (Weapons), Bangboo, Team Synergies, and more!

ATTENTION: I was mistaken: I thought that The Restrained and Lip Gloss were ATTACK but they are not! The passives will NOT work on attack units! I will do better for next time. Thanks for everyone bringing this to my attention.
So basically her kit is a literal shark. Where they circle their opponents at high speed then attack.

Another indirect benefit of Ellen's W-Engine is that it'll probably be really solid on Miyabi when she hits the game

I have eagerly been awaiting ZZZ and watch a lot of videos. This one has been the best I have seen with regard to character details. Keep it up and I hope to see the other characters.

The w engines u talked about can not be triggered by ellen bcuz the s rank one is a stun weapon and ellen is an attack unit and the a rank one is for anomaly class.
And the core can be triggered by just one either same type or same faction doesnt have to be both.

The Restrained is a stun type W-Engine and Electro Lip Gloss is an anomaly type W-Engine which means Ellen cannot benefit from their passives (based on CBT3 info)

Highly doubt. Game seens to be following in HSR footprints, those characters for the most part don't get powercrept. Plus even if Ellen did, it would be so far down the line, the meta will have shifted a lot :p

Just wanted to say that cannon rotor is a battle pass weapon so not really a f2p option, which means that f2p ellen havers will be kinda screwed but since she's so strong anyway give her corrin or billy's weapon and she'll probably be fine (respectively Housekeeper and Starlight Engine Replica) also if you're lucky ( or unlucky ) and pull nekomata's weapon Steel Cushion, then you can probably put it on ellen for 24% crit rate and a 25% damage when attacking from behind, which can work well with her dash speed and 3rd basic attack putting her behind the ennemy.

so does the stack increase ult damage too or just use the charge then ult then use the charge again
Anything that increases ice damage will increase the ults damage! I usually use the ult after a set of charge attack into basic
Star Rail character explanations: Basic attack is a small hit, Skill is a big hit with a small effect, Passive boosts that effect, Ultimate is a really big hit that scales off of a secondary stat, Technique attacks enemies when you enter combat.
ZZZ character explanations: Take out a pen and paper, time to earn a PhD in fighting games.
They aren't as bad as they seem - but they are very wordy lol. Ellen has the most complex one so far, but it still can be boiled down

Depends on the difficulty. Sure she'll be insane on normal, but on hard the damage won't be that high even with enough upgrades. You still do chip damage on bosses in modes like Hollow Zone and Shiyu defense.
With the right team composition she won't have issue clearing the content- esp the first round of buffs iirc were ice and ether for shiyu defense

She looks great, and if your pulling for that then its all good, but generally most of the time dont bother pulling for the very first limited character in a gatcha, because they usually get power crept super fast, in some cases the literally next limited character will completely overshadow it in all aspects.... Or well if your a collector or whale go pull for every character like most people do lol.
In hoyo games, at least HSR, seele was the first and she is still INSANE. I think power creep we won't have to worry about for a while for zzz at least! Worthy concern tho
does this game will have abyss like hsr and genshin that we gonna need to build 2 team ? my first and main team would be ellen oni ice girl plus rina and for my other team i was thinking corin but i dont know who is good with her. also how good would be a mono ice team maybe i could remplace rina with lycaon but he is really good with her because he a furry plus a men and to be honest i want to play female characater i would play him if he make ellen way more powerfull
Yep! There is a mode like abyss. It's called shiyu defense! I think Ellen's best team is going to be her lycaon, and alexandrina! Soukaku is also a good choice

Hey im new to this game and been looking up alot of gameplay the last 2 days but I cant seem to find anything about how much multiplayer content it has, ik its in the game but is there alot?
So far, not a lot is known about it! As of CBT3, I hadn't tried any of it. Hoyo games in general dont have a lot of multiplayer iirc, but there might be some kind of "support" system, where you can use friends' characters for dailies and such!

The banner characters you can trial through the menu, and the story characters give you an option as you play through it

I don't find a lot of power creep in HSR for the most part (idk about genshin). For example: seele is still v good in a lot of the endgame content there. A lot of the content is structured for ice in zzz ATM, just like it will be Ether when it's zhu yuan's turn.

I plan on focusing on hsr and zzz. Both are really good games! But I believe it can definitely be worth it, I had a ton of fun in cbt3

Nah at least if it follows in hsr shoes. Not a lot of power creep on that one (idk much about genshin). Team building in this one is v important so lots of units will have their chance to shine for different content
