The “body parachute” effect….and snapping driveshafts. 4s is fun, but you have to be upgraded for it to be controllable. *We solved the driveshaft problems we were having. Two different ways to go at it. (For the Senton,Granite and Vorteks…the RcAWD metal cvd driveshafts work really good).
@@soulrebelrc6341 I know…oh my gosh…Do I ever know. I run 4s on our BigRock, with the stock motor, 15t pinion and Maxx4s wheels tires. @@rcmadlabz2492 i didnt have any over heating issue but didnt get to run it very long before driveshaft breakages. As far as the flipping over the senton does this without fail even on 3s with or without brace at high speeds. Senton owners know there's no upgrade to fix it. The body acts like a parachute.
@@soulrebelrc6341 lol…yep. “Change the body”. Arrma’s attempt to snag those that are into the Short course models… the Senton 3s. (But to make most people happy, they want a wider stance, tighter body fitment.)
I switched it over to my son's big rock. He needs it more on that truck because of the way he beats his truck up. I haven't made a video on switching it over , I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in the brace on the big rock.
Right on brotha! 🤙🏼 Was just curious if you had changed you mind about running it on the Senton. Haven’t started beating my truck up hard enough to run one myself yet but definitely considering picking one up soon. Appreciate your vids!
@@cmarq007 Thanks bro, they just released a high performance version of the brace that's half the weight of the extreme duty kit. I like that they came out with a slimmer version.
The motor was fine when running on street and ramp jumping in the front yard. Stayed the same as usual. I'll have to check temps when I rip it in dirt/sand/gravel.

Gorilla tape the front to create some front tire skirts like the Mojave but with more length . It also adds weight and better air flow. Ugly, but it works. My senton gets pretty squat with the air flowing over it instead of too much getting under the front.

Put a big rock wheelie bar on it it’ll act much more like a real wheelie bar and limit it lol. gnarly upgrade
Well, I didn’t push mine to those jumps but I did try the 4s route , with Belted road wheels
Still didn’t get power down .
That's a bummer, I was considering some belted road wheels.

Wow that’s a lot of power to put down with a short course truck 🛻 you put some wings on it and it will fly
It's a handful on 4s and probably would take flight with wings.
Did you also change out the motor or not?
No, this run is with the stock 3660 3200kv motor.

yes, stock shafts won't hold up to 4s
