Get up 3 to 4 a..m while others are sleeping to communicate with God and read,pray with lord in mornings. Just something special about the early morning hours 😊
I haven’t actually done this before because I have never been a morning person even though I really really want to be. But I can just imagine waking up reading the word of God and hearing the birds wake up too while also watching the sunrise all at the same time. It sounds amazing I really wish I could become this morning person. I hope I will!

How can you say a Christian is being homophobic and rude towards lgbtqia+ when we're just stating that it's offensive to do the things that openly mock Yahweh(God)/Jesus(Yeshua) but when lgbtqia+ mocks Yahweh(God) in public at the LA Dodgers and other places its ok.The devil comes to kill steal and destroy. Yahweh(God) is not The God of confusion. The devil will confuse people and manipulate people's minds into thinking it's ok. How can you buy up a rock and say it will bring you money or love? That doesn't even make sense that's like me going on the side of the street and picking up a pebble and saying it will bring good luck and money. Jesus is love, Yahweh(God) is love. Praying for you to not be deceived by the devil and his satanic agenda like getting children into lgbtqia+. You rarely see people mocking Muslim or judaism and more but it's mostly Christianity. Nobody should mock anyone we all should forgive one another and love one another i'm not going to try to force my beliefs onto you but there's a choice we all have free will to take the broad path(bad path) of the narrow path(good path) believing in Jesus doesn't mean make our beliefs religious Jesus doesn't like religion he just wants a relationship with us. Same here I’m 22 aswell…I recently gave up smoking weed and masturbation. I even unfollowed people that would cause distraction or tempt me to sin…I’m trying to pray everyday and read my bible to get closer with god
@@Godx_JuniorI was struggling with lust too, I actually got tempted js now but i didn’t give in. I recommend u read Proverbs in the Bible it helped me a lot like very big hehe u gotta remember lust comes to steal, destroy, and most importantly it lies to u. The devil lies to u and by giving in, u believed the lie wether it’s the lie that “there’s no consequences”, or “it’s the last time” they’re all lies. When ur continuously sinning, ur practicing sin and what happens if u practice something? U get better at it. These are js facts that helped me break out of the cycle I hope it helped 🤗 Godbless u. O yea u should also ask Jesus in prayer to change ur heart and make u despise lust or any habitual sin ur struggling with that’s what I did too ❤

One thing I did to grow closer to God is letting go of someone who I knew was holding me back from God.. it’s hard but worth it👣❤️
This is something I am currently going through. Going through a recent breakup which I know is something needed as this relationship I know weakened my relationship with god. As hard as it is I am working through it day by day.

I am 48 and was born again@16 and LOVED BEING IN CHRIST AND MY friends I feel everything was wiped out my mind and SATAN TRICKED me. I FEEL WASTE AND back in WOLRD not knowing GOD FOR ME. I NEED help. I hate I let people speak curses over me esp Immorality

16 years old and closer to God than ever before!! My life is so crazy right now and a lot is confusing and scary but I have peace that everything will work out for Gods glory. Thank u so much for this video it speaks to how I’ve been feeling for a while now. Realising I’ve been a babe in Christ for too long and now require Meat 🍖 😅. The silence may just be the key I’ve been looking for.
I remember being younger, loving how the elders were so on fire for God, their faith. They spoke about God in such an amazing way. I wanted that. I worked on that. Start building your relationship in your 20s. I think that people of the Z generation are athiests because they were raised by idolaters, who really had a lukewarm relationship or didn't really understand God and how He works.
Gen Z’er. Yes! You are very on point. They are either atheist or deep in the new age. I recently come out of that and started focusing on building a relationship with God.

This is so true !!! Omg it’s so much idol worship and God even says this is what will happen and honestly it makes me sick I hate seeing it. So much witch craft and new age movement . Tbh I think people need to heal and allow God to help them because I was so close to being fully into the new age but Jesus saved me out that evilness . Everyone seeks after their own ways but we have to put God first above all 🙏🏾 God keeps speaking to me about this
My older sister has a great relationship with God. She really motivates me to try to better my relationship with God. It’s hard but I’m trying ❤😂

1 thing that has helped me recently is studying the Bible with my husband. Like you said, sometimes we don’t feel like studying the Bible. For me, sometimes I don’t want to study the Bible alone or just carry on my normal routine. So my husband and I have started doing the YouVersion Bible plans every now and then to switch it up. It’s been helping us both grow closer to God.

That's beautiful! If you don't mind asking, do you both read from the same book and discuss what you read & pray together? How does your Christian routine look like?
Everything you mentioned. I start the day with a gratitude journal. Thank God for something. After that, a short bible focused devotional. Then I write a short scripture. I schedule my daily bible reading. Keep a journal to write notes from what I read. Started a fast a few days ago of things that were possibly keeping me from God. There isn't an end time on it, seeing how long I can go. I'm trying to fit in my faith in my spare moments now. Worship music, audio bible, or Christian podcasts while cleaning. Getting back to using the gifts God gave me to encourage others. I'm open for anything.
Going On Prayer Walks….!!! Along with Listening to the Birds… the Sight of the Beautiful Sky… Breathing in the Fresh Air….is So Revitalizing…

Im 11 and i have been lukewarm im tired of feeling unworthy of what God has to offer God has been sending me signs and i have been too busy not noticing but now ive realized theres only one way and that way it God! i know it may be hard but im not giving up
Keep going baby you're going to make it. Throughout this journey we learn our weakness and it teaches us the importance of trusting in God and how much we need him to endure. I'm now 30 years old but I was once your age with the intent of following Christ. Don't believe the lies of the enemy. Don't let him discourage you from glorifying God. If you fall down, don't condemn yourself. Get back up and keep going knowing that God's grace is sufficient for us and He will never fail you. The goal is to keep going!
Proverbs 24:16- "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief."
1 John 2:14- "I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are STRONG, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have OVERCOME the wicked one."
So true. I went from being on social media all day to a 2 year social media break (deleted all social media completely), I got back on & only lasted 2 months & I'm still on a break 6 months later with no desire to go back.
Another thing that helped me was adding scriptures to my daily calendar every hour of the day until I memorized those scriptures & started making it a habit to confess them.

I feel given over and Spiritually dead. I got back into world Ignorant and didn't Kno I was feeding my flesh and just doing anything over eating sinning

BODY DAMAGED what to do. I feel the Lord doesn't wont me personally and I had bad attitude. Just mental health issues sinning and didn't STOP

Do not separate yourself from God. Run to the light and cry out your heart's burden to Him, confess your sin and guilt that has plagued you. Surely He will lift you up and with that you will learn of His Grace in this season of your life. Repent and fall upon Jesus who died for you too. Look and think of the cross. This helped me, I cleared my playlist and got back on track. I have a 11 streak on the Bible app and I was lacking but this picked me back up. Fully deleted instagram and not going back. I’m about to go on a break on TikTok because I feel like TikTok is more demonic than instagram. Listening to more Christian podcasts
And I’m 14
I’ve seen a few comments about being 14, 16 years etc
So humbled and blessed to see these comments it just goes to show that it doesn’t matter how old you are to have a deep desire to seek God. Please go ahead and do it girls - we can do this.

I’m from South Africa and I can honestly say I needed to see this video because I am also fighting being a Luke warm Christian.
I gave my life to Christ and I’ve been going through the process of intentionally praying, reading the Bible, amd even throwing away things I know God wouldn’t like. I even started deleting social media posts, pictures, friends, or people I follow etc. This video came up and confirmed a lot of things so I know it is God refining me
I need to take a social media break as well! It’s so distracting and actually makes me very depressed! This video came in handy 🙂🙏🏾
Putting all my faith into the Lord and having him control my life is like something I never experienced every before and putting him first because I learned that I can't have faith through my mind with all the distraction in the world but having faith with my heart living through Christ helped me get more closer to the Lord our God ❤

I’m 18 and I’m heading into college in a month :,) , and it was so hard for me to make time for God in high school, and for me to pray longer than 5 mins, (even tho I was close to Him), but I started journaling my prayers and using my notes app on my tablet and make prayer time a really cute- aesthetic - peaceful time with God and it has helped me IMMENSELY. I am not much of a talker and it was easy for me to get distracted while praying in my mind, so I recommend if you really need help, get a prayer journal or use a notes app and write/type out your prayers on there :)

Please do more videos .. this video was such a great help. For me I do the following things @ some of the things you do also.
1. Start my day w/ my phone on DND - God's time - 20 mins - 90 minutes , mid day and at night.
2. I have alarms set to pray and talk to him ( a few a day)
3. Have eliminated my social media time or scrolling by 95% unless work related
4. Journaling
5.Worship music through out day & watch faith based RUclips videos.. hence how I found you.

What I do to make sure I stay closer to God, is rewatch and make sure I catch my devovation everyday and do my own devovation, When Im at work I makke sure I keep my gospel music playing and talk to God and try to find something to study about him read scirptures

Thank you for the advice! I too have cut out social media. I try to spend some time each day during my lunch break to read my Bible which has really helped me. The Holy Spirit led me to read James 4:8 today “Come near to God and He will come near to you…”
This video kept popping up every day in my newsfeed for the past 4 days and I kept putting it off and it popped up again and I said “okay well I might as well watch it” and everything from beginning to end is exactly what I’m struggling with! Thank you Jesus ❤️❤️❤️💕🙌🏾
Great video! I try a personal prayer retreat from time to time. Organized time with God where everything else is on “hold”. I’ve tried hotel rooms (day room rental) and retreat centers. Honestly the best retreats I have are right in my own house-just pick a room and hole up for a few hours-and give it to Him. I was amazed how focused I became -amen!!!
I’ve started my walk with Christ, I always pray first thing in the morning and then usually read my bible after I usually work out, or at night when I’m about to go bed but I never just sat in silence because I’ve noticed that I started to have a lot of peace.
I am struggling sitting in silence because alot of negative thoughts creep in alot of things that happen creep in alot of thoughts that I feel I need closure creep in. How can I get past the thoughts to hear GOD?

I started my journey in bonding more with God. Then your video popped up on my screen and I just have to say that every habit you stated really works! I got very tired of just being neutral to everything in my life. Social media had a growing influence on me and as soon as I realized that I cut it cold turkey. This decision has helped me a lot in walking to the right path with God.
To everyone reading, it's going to be very hard to drop social media since its very addicting. One tip that I find easy is to be disgusted by the addicting habit that you want to reduce the time on it. A book that helped me is called Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport. Just thought I share

I agree social media can really take so much of our time and energy. I need to cut it out of my life. I definitely feel like I’m in a lukewarm state right now. At times I slightly start to feel actually cold 😢
Something that helps me is the social media fast as well. I have an app where I block social media apps so I can focus on the word and it helps so much. My need for social media is at an all time low and I am always reading how to be more like Jesus and respond with modesty and grace! I’m very emotional because of this because I can feel God moving through me

I have my true alone time with God in my car, so my devotions, scripture reading, and worship are held in the car. Those are times when I feel I can get closer, and when I don't care to be distracted at home, I will read my bible then or watch a faith base channel to keep me encouraged.
This was amazing. Right on point sis. One thing I also do is read my Bible in a specific place, like a park. Somewhere quiet where I'm not distracted. Some people can do it at home with no problem but I have to go to an actual meeting place with God 🙂

I’m 15 years old, and have been a lukewarm Christian, I now want to be fully for God. I always felt down and wasted time on social media, so I finally took the step and deleted social media. 😊 I already feel like a weight has been lifted from my heart.
