That would be true for the original Delusional Heartbeat used by Cursed Arm Hassan, but No Name Assassin's version is weaker. Specifically it seems to need to physically connect and appears to be ripping the target's physical heart out, instead of crushing the heart via a curse-linked fake heart like the original. Which is why Loxley was able to stop it.

@skychieftain If you watch carefully, there are two black and white frames of a masked Archer and the sound of a tightening crossbow string right before she connects.

That's Loxley interrupting her which is part of Saber's noble phantasm which activated as soon as he was summoned.

Yeah Narita intended for TrueBerserker to be Edison but FGO screwed him over when it revealed that lion headed thing. Honestly his insistence on keeping everything in line with the rest of Nasuverse is respectable but it's caused a lot of issues for the LN.

His true identity is that of Richard the first, aka Richard Lionheart, who had a tendency to claim anything he wielded was the mythical Excalibur.
And thus, as a servant, his Noble Phantasm "Excalibur" isn't the ornate replica he had made (that's just a nice looking sword and no more), but the concept of using "Excalibur" with whatever he's wielding, be that the replica sword or a cool stick he found.
He's effectively such a huge King Arthur fanboy that he can fire off weaker Excalibur energy blasts off of sheer make believe.
