A long time ago I read the first chapter and I think maybe even the second and third chapter of Medaka Box and then forgot about it since it both failed to stay in the magazine I was reading and I thought it was another comedy/action high school fighting thing with the deuteragonist of Medaka and Zenkichi being the weird superhuman and childhood friend duo so didn't seek it because I thought it was probably gonna be another tenjou tenge and similar fisticuff series. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon it as an anime way back when and they have powers?! I was flabbergasted Or I might've been reading the oneshot version, not like I can tell

At first I only unlocked and played as her because og the blue hair and big boobs, but when I executed her ultimate attack and she suddenly turned Super Saiyan 3 I instantly had to research her series further and learned that it was actually a badass figthing manga!
to think that everything started because she didn't want to cover her cleavage. to think that zenkichi's mom actually made her cover it with an amazing easiness.

+Eric Williams I Honestly thought it was pretty decent. I would give it a try. It was adapted by Gainax, if you love all of their works i think you may like it. Also it was created by the Bakemonogatari creator and its something different from the normal work he does. The second season "Medaka Box Abnormal" is even better than the first season as well. Without spoiling anything: Medaka Box in general seems to parody tons of anime tropes and cliches and acts like a battle shounen while somehow being serious. This fact alone made me enjoy it alot more.

Medaka Box shares the over the top aspects of Kill La Kill, Gintama's comedy aspect, and the dialogue styles of Monogatari. All together Medaka Box is one giant self parody of Battle Shounen though, while poking fun at anime tropes and cliches; a deconstruction of anime.
Two types of commenters. Those who understand the consistent theme of this story from the beginning till now. And those who want Medaka to just kill Unzen because edge.
Unzen deserved to die. Well everyone in the shukr deserve to die including Medaka's father. But this is that kind of anime. Su can't helped. Glad the author was able to represent his innee perversion through Araragi.

The morals of the antagonist here doesn't make sense. He's hurt people, or killed a couple I presume. Killing a human that cares nothing for humanity isn't an evil, or a defeat of a human-loving mindset. It's a way to protect further people, it's why self-defense laws are strong in some places. There's no moral quandary in it.
That's Medaka's personality. She loves everyone. Besides that's the logic of every Japanese protagonist until recently when anime like Overlord became popular. Even now protagonist killing is rare. That's why I knew Eren was dead meat the second he started the Rumbling..

The morals of the antagonist here doesn't make sense. He's hurt people, or killed a couple I presume. Killing a human that cares nothing for humanity isn't an evil, or a defeat of a human-loving mindset. It's a way to protect further people, it's why self-defense laws are strong in some places. There's no moral quandary in it.

They can take away all the color in the world, make it so the user cannot die, anything that is up to the user's imagination. At least from what I recall.
