Autofocus is definitely better in the Sony, that's without any doubt. In general they are both great cameras, the Sony's being a bit complete as a hybrid... however, shooting Fuji makes the process more fun, this is something that may make more difference than technical specs.
I don't really need full frame, and cost of full frame lenses is usually 2 times that of APSC. Also the lower tier full frame bodies can't really compare to something like the X-H2s especially. I'm more than ok with IQ and performance I'm getting from my Fujis. I would love to have the same AF Sony has, but it doesn't change the final result for me too much
@@LucaPetraliaPhotography Hmm.. yes some FF lenses will be more expensive, but others won't be. @@JoshConnectMedia but if you watched the video you know I'm not dismissing Sony's quality at all. Nowadays there are no bad cameras, you pick the one that suits your needs the most. It's as simple as that. Each system has its strengths and flaws... What suits me doesn't necessarily suit you and vice versa
Hi there. It is a nice video... but please tell me... what did you mean by saying the image quality is not fuji level? Also the colors... I shot fujifilm for over 6 years and I found the colors to be the worse, besides probably lumix. Fuji shines for skin colors, but besides that I found ot to be too pale and muted for landscape photography. What you did and did not like of fuji colors compared to sony's? And also other brands if you have experience. I can understand the inspiration part.
For my eyes, Sony colors are mostly duller than Fuji, and that is part of the inspiration aspect, because if I know I must edit everything to get to where I want... It's not fun. I will edit my best shots anyways, but it's not always about the best ones. It's also about those thousands of shots you share without editing because you don't need to. I have delivered plenty of work without editing as that was supposed to be quick and easy. And that's a great difference
@@LucaPetraliaPhotography Ha ha - maybe we're looking at different cameras then... from all my cameras Fujifilm have the dullest and the most pale and non-saturated colors for landscape. I always have to edit the files to get closer to what I like. But I never use film simulations... maybe then it is like you say - the colors comes back to live. But just from the raw files.... mmm...no
If you use Fuji without the simulations... You're doing it wrong. Try to use the simulations (velvia for landscapes)... You'll see the difference even in the raw files. The editing software imports the simulation by default giving you a much better starting point. Film simulations are the essence of shooting Fuji. If you don't, you're missing a lot of the fun and the quality
I used to shoot velveia on film... but with digital, I kind of prefer not to stick to those old looks. The film was different in any way, and the look for me cannot be replicated exactly... even considering the crop sensors of modern fuji cameras. But that's why we have all the variety of cameras and lenses.. to achieve our vision and enjoy doing it.

Enjoy your Sony gear, don't worry about my needs 😉
@@LucaPetraliaPhotography hahaha !!! 😂 do you ! We do Sony . Hopefully you won’t do another content titled “ I was wrong about Sony “.
Nice camera…just doesn’t have the shooting experience that you would like. Fair enough…one reviewer said something similar; good results, but no soul.
Pretty much what I think. The "soul" thing may seem stupid and petty, but that's how I feel
Have fun with Fuji's autofocus!
Quite challenging right now, but I'm optimistic they'll fix it
focus in your video is breathing so hard is hard to watch
That's the Viltrox 27mm. It's its only flaw.
Fuji use Sony sensor Sir.
True, but Leica as well. And everybody praises the Leica look. This means that besides the sheer silicon, there's a world behind the color science
@@LucaPetraliaPhotography I can get Leica anolog for me with be grate.
Use v90 card.. It will never heat
Those cards are so expensive, almost without any reason
The only thing to criticize in this camera is the shitty viewfinder, a common problem in today's modern cameras, and I am talking with authority, after using "ä few" in the last half century! www.youtube.com/@CarloFerraro
the image quality from that Sony sensor is not that impressive.
It's not bad either. It's a good sensor, but doesn't make you scream with joy
It sucks at high ISO
also check your lens
What do you mean?
whats next after sony...?
Nothing, I'll stick with Fuji
i had the a6400 and the skin tones looks horrible
Things got much better with the newer cameras. Not on par with Fuji, but much much better
Good for bignners
Bignners can usesfulll are not
Sell it to me….
Already gone!
