I like your blocks. I’m using these small round weights I found halfway in the ground at our new house to hold down things I’ve glued, for now. Thanks so much for your ideas!!

Hello my friend, 3 very nice gift ideas. I made the triangle wall decor shelf two years ago. and now it's standing on the wall in front of me in my study. Thank you for these good ideas. stay healthy and happy. See you. Big greetings.
I had to watch this for my daughter’s wooden bed frame panels (12) we’re going to be thrown away; and I can’t do that. I know they can be put to some use. That’s a smart idea holding in them corners when gluing that triangle.
Hey from Tasmania, I use huge rubber bands as clamps for projects like this. I have also make really big 'clamps' from 40mm (1 3/4") dressmaking elastic. For the lazy one like me. Although I do use epoxy glues.
Just come across from the Facebook group mate. Nice looking channel and I'll have a catch up on you content this evening. Cheers Karl Karlpopewoodcraft 😊
Had a teacher in 10th grade lose two and a half fingers on a shaper while I was 12 feet from him at the time( high powered router table). The board kicked out and his fingers went straight into the spinning cutter head. Please, please, please get a wooden handscrew clamp and have it hold the piece that you are routing something like you did in this video. We all do things we shouldn't do at times in the workshop, but we should all try to make it as safe as we possible can. I really like your clamps for the triangle shelves, good solution to the problem.
Thank you for the suggestion, I really appreciate that idea of using a wooden clamp to hold the material, ultimately I'd love all the proper tools in my shop but I'm slowly working towards upgrading my shop into a more safer space as we all do unconventional practices sometimes. I definitely respect my tools and know that things can change in an instant after an incident so thank you Mike for reminding me of that, Cheers!
Good question, I just made one notches a bit bigger than the other to account for cases and what not. Not really needed but you could really just use one notch 👍
Your video popped up on my YT news feed. Great camera work. Great wood work and I love your ingenuity. A new subscriber! Looking forward to watching more videos.
Anyone with the proper equipment can definitely give this a try, also you might wanna know that there are quite a few neat projects you can get by go'ogling Woody Hyezmar's Woodworking Bible (before it’s published).
" The first gift idea used 1 x 4 scraps from my garage". I see a full new length of lumber and the first cut is to remove the barcode / price of that piece of "scrap". Make the project by all means but not sure why you are underplaying what's actually going on. That 3 point jig to line up the triangle took a bit of working out and didn't happen by accident
Let me know what other video's you'd like to see! Thanks everyone!
I just made a Christmas Tree Box. That might be a great video this time of the year. I'd love to see how you would make one.

@@AceWoodCo You're welcome. I thank you. see you anytime. I wish you have a nice weekend.👏👍👏👍
I love the triangle, it can be used to make Pool Table Triangles. Nice job.
Thank you!
Thanks you for that Idea
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I love Sawyer ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! He truly is the best!
Nice! I really like the triangle piece and I think the pieces used to hold them in place during the glue up are a great idea. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! It’s always nice to find use of material that would otherwise be thrown in the fire pit 👌🏽

That’s great. Especially with prices of lumber it’s hard to throw away material! It also feels good to upcycle too!♻️ 👏🏽
Great Ideas - thank you
Thank you Boyd!
فكرة الخاتم جميلة ❤️😍🌹
Good quick win projects too, if you need something to break up the monotony of a big project.
yeah it's always nice to whip up a some quick gift projects!

Dude that’s a smart idea! Big rubber bands would be better than ratchet straps 😂
Kobalt router table from Lowes is only 170. Comes with a 2 hp router. I know 170 might be a decent chunk but it's cheaper than the alternatives. 🙂
I love that it was indeed small (easy) projects. Love the phone-holding-device. I also like the shelf, but how Do you hang it on the Wall.
Thank you! You could always drill a hole at the top point and use a nail to hang it or just use as table decor
You're pretty awesome. You explain very well. You should be much bigger on RUclips than you are
Thank Wesley! I really appreciate this comment! 🙏 Cheers!
Super simple Im gonna make a ring with old skateboards
oh man that's would look awesome! thanks for watching!

Love that ring :D
i'll mail you one when i get around to it ;)
Mate, you can extend your bench & secure your router underneath. There's RUclips videos for it.
Just curious: Why does the phone holder need two notches?

@@AceWoodCo That's a great idea. And the aesthetic is nice, too

Nice man! I’ll have to check it out 👍👍
Why did I think about finger injuries this whole video? OSHA will not be happy
😂
I love to live in the face of danger 😂 jk I Really need a router table haha
@@AceWoodCo yes, yes you do LMAO 🤣
