She certainly is! It’s my favourite Parkrun and the only one that we’ve filmed twice (if you exclude special occasion Parkruns). What a lovely one to have as your local! Thanks for watching Rich!
Good effort with the negative splits, was at fountains abbey trying out some carbon plated numbers and pulled out a 23:30.... Didn't see the beautiful scenery as I was pushing the whole way.
Great time and effort 🙌🏻😊 massive well done! But if you get the chance to do it again, maybe do a sociable run so you can take in the scenery 😃

Another lovely vid. It is indeed very crowded at the start. My tip is to start a bit more towards the front, keep left or right so people can easily take over. Will be doing RS again when weather picks up. Keep us posted where you’ll be heading so I can come and say hi again. Good to see Jonny didn’t sleep in haha

Great video. I always involuntarily cheshire smile, like an idiot, when I hear that Marshall. Really encouraging and lifts your spirits and efforts.
It might be a bit of a hike but, as you liked the trail bits here, I'd recommend Druridge Bay Parkrun. Lovely trail route and scenery and a partial run around a lake. I always think the reward is worth the trip when I do that one.

Hey guys…. I would definitely recommend hamsterley forest parkrun, done it a few times now I would also recommend the bacon sandwiches in the cafe for afterwards 😋. Great video as always guys hopefully see you soon.

@@those2runners Yes, I've done the SLC race before so I knew what I was in for. It's a fairly scenic tour around the downtown / east side of town. It is well organized and one of the larger events in the state.

Yes. We’d agree! Although it’s still Kayleigh’s favourite, there are others that are more breathtakingly beautiful!
