Ok so this is deal, All of the appreciating assets they own and you pay for them and the depreciating ones like the shop fittings you own. You don't own the shop but you pay for it. You also have to pay them for Rent , Marketing , Service Fee, and then Council tax and wages and electric and then buy food from an approved supplier who also gives them a kick back. On top of that you have to devote all your time to them no other business interests and refit the shop every 7 years with all costs to you. You decide if it is a good deal or not.
But you tAke home about 150k profit a year thats not too bad bud.
...Well when you buy a franchise, you're the business owner aren't you? Also depending on the franchise, there's usually funding along with training...netting 100k to 300k annually without having to start from the ground up..how does that not sound appealing.
