    Please sir reply jarur karna, mein jb kumbhak karti hu to mere brain mein ek veccum sa bhar jata hai, I mean ek pressure sa mahsoos hota hai yeh hamesha nahi hota kabhi kabhi hota hai, yeh sabko hota hai ya mere sath hi ho reha hai, kya iske koi side effects hote hai,
    Vese mujhe isse kafi labh hua hai, isliye mein ise chodna nahi chahti,
