I found moving the thigh swivels so the "gap" points upward allows for a better seating pose. But he's still got the plastic coat that gets in the way, so it's kinda...not really anything that could be done short of going soft goods.
I just got mine last night, and that Roy's Pizza box is huge! I agree with others that the set is a bit overpriced. They should have given people the option to just get the figure and scooter for around $50 plus shipping, but it is what it is.
YES to a Surf Ninja's set!!!! I'm pretty sure Ernie Reyes jrs teeth presently are metal. His bottom row are gold veneers. He was no kung fu (that's Chinese, Ninja's are Japanese, Ernie was Tae kwon do, which is Korean and Ernie is Philipino I am pretty sure) The Burt reynold's pose was hilarious. KUDOS!!!
Yes, you're absolutely right. I said Kung Fu mostly because the pose I did reminded me of it and it was just to suggest a solution for people that ask me about poses. I didn't know what Ernie, the actor, studied, but otherwise knew the difference.
I'm kinda glad I saved my 100 bucks on this one. Probably would of been like 120ish or so with shipping. Keno is cool and all but not 100 dollars and extra crap cool I would of spent that money in a heart beat if it was Tatsu and a scooter 😂😂 I'm actually far more stoked to get him with the bruiser foot!

But as a motorcycle fan. That scooter is delightful and retro, very unique piece from Neca. A lot of people have been critical of Neca painting over random plastic colors in the past. So if you got paint damage it was really noticeable. Starting with the right plastic colors to begin with is a step up to me. Their noticing that people are handling their products more these days.

I was daydreaming of the day I have the movie version of the fifth turtle. Then NECA crushed that excitement with $100 price tag plus shipping. I didn’t go to SDCC. Thrilled they gave us three shots to buy one. The extra stuff means less than zero to me and I doubted I could sell it to make up the difference. I’m probably wrong. I haven’t looked at eBay. Then the three day exclusive preorder windows came. I almost convinced myself to just plunk down the $350ish for Alf, T3 Samurai, and Keno. But I decided to say no and just got Samurai as I wasn’t going to miss on them. $180. Done. Chance is over. I said nope and that’s what I got. Nothing. Now it’s just sighing when I see it. It’s stupid too because loosing the swag part probably only drops it to $80. Small margin. It makes me even more miffed NECA almost made the figure with him fitting the scooter as an after thought. The idea of this figure was exciting. Execution, disappointing. Just disappointed. The figure they showed at the Con looks great. I’ll get it. Maybe get a soft goods shirt to simulate the pizza delivery look. NECA always a rollercoaster collecting them. I haven’t seen my Samurai yet. Hopefully soon.

I think this is the way to do Keno, with his delivery boy attire and scooter, but Keno isn't worth 100 bucks to me. Especially if he can't convincingly sit on the damn bike too. If this set remains an exclusive, then so be it. I've gone 30+ years without a Keno already, so I think I'm fine. I am kind of pissed though that Keno gets the freakin' sword wielding hinge setup on the gripping hands, but we can't get the same for Leonardo?! NECA used to be pretty good about that stuff, but not lately.
I never I stand why a company limits themselves to just exclusives on an item that everyone wants. Why not make more money and make it a normal release?? All this exclusive does is give the scalpers a chance to screw over fans.

I’m lucky to EVER find 3XL t-shirts , which are usually too short and look like belly shirts on me. Be glad you can get a shirt that’s a little big , over literally NEVER finding anything aside from golf shirts in your size. That being said keep up the good work on the rest.

Brother, why does reviewing a Neca figure require so much shitting on super7?? I like Super7. I’ve bought dozens of figures from them that I love just as much as I love my Neca figures. All of the random shitting on Super7 is just getting old. Just seems unnecessary. I love Valaverse, but can’t watch an Action Force video without random shitting on Super7. I love Neca and Nostalgia Unboxed, but again shitting on Super7. I could understand if it was a Super7 review, but damn. Random, unrelated negativity just seems mean spirited. I am a figure collector who loves all manner of action figures that are based upon properties that I love. Whether they are super articulated, 5 POA, painted, unpainted, cheap, expensive, I just prefer to avoid negativity.
