    Here is the basically outline of this battle rope workout
    SET ONE
    -For the first 20 seconds you are do battle rope alternating waves
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope power slams
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss seated which you can also do standing
    -END of set one and
    -Then Take a 40 second break
    SET TWO
    -For the first 20 seconds you are do battle rope double waves
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope shuffle
    -Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
    -The next 20 seconds you do battle rope side to side waves
    -END of set two and
    -Then Take a 40 second break
    Repeat sets one and two ONE more time for a total of 4 sets.
    4 sets = 11 minute battle rope workout.
    Take a 5 minute break and do again for a full 29 minute workout and do again for a 46 minute battle rope workout.
    You do not have to do the same battle rope exercises that I do in the video and you can simply insert your own battle rope exercises that you want to do from other videos here on youtube like my 12 exercise battle rope demo here at • Top 12 Battle Rope Exe...
    Tips for the exercises in the video
    For the battle rope waves make sure the waves travel all the way down to the anchor you are using and if not then you need to put more force into your battle rope waves, battle rope double waves and also for the battle rope shuffle where you want to pretend you are playing defense in basketball so that you move so fast from side to side that the other player with the ball cannot pass by you.
    For the hip toss you use your hips and wait to initiate the whole movement and you pretends like you are throwing someone and go so fast that you do not give that person a chance to catch their brat hand rest
    For the power slams you simply want to slam so hard and fast that you literally want to try to cause an earthquake and put a crack in the concrete.
    REMEMBER: You do not need battle ropes to do this workout I know that sounds weird being that this is a “battle rope” workout but you can replace your battle ropes with bed sheets and you use 1 or two bed sheets depending on your fitness level.
    To burn as much fat as you can as fast as you possible can then you need to do this workout 3-4 days per week about 1-2times per day starting off with 11 minutes or only 4 sets working your way up to 8 sets or 30 minutes.

    I like the hip tosses exercise. Most people do this with more shoulder involvement but I like how you have the elbows bent for more trunk focus.

    My daughter is 12 and is still too young to join me at the gym. She’s a jogger so can jog long distances but has recently been wanting a little bit more of a challenge. I bought a battle rope and we have been using your videos as a guidance. They have been very useful!

    Thanks for the great video brotha. Now I can get a quick INTENSE workout after a 14 hour work shift and use my last fumes entirely instead of dragging ass taking 2-3 minutes breaks and not burning a fraction of what this workout burns. You're a beast man thanks!

    i like to run two miles a day but towards the end of each week my legs start to tell me i shouldn’t do so for the last few days and this workout right here works great it lets my legs get their recoup and i still get my cardio

    I know I’m late to the party on this one, but, I’ve been ramping up on your beginner rope drills.
    This one is awesome! Great job.
    If I could recommend one thing- for the last set, please tell us what you’re going to do next like the other sets. I know it may seem redundant, but I lost my place because I wasn’t watching, only listening.
    I get the routine down the more I do it. But, this is just a thought.

    Going to try this in two weeks and KILL this shit. I've read that doing HIIT for cardio, within the hour of doing heavy weight training gives amazing results. I've been trying it. for just a little while. Like a month. So far it seems to work, I just have to get more protein into me.
    I really like your hiit videos. They are VERY motivating. Hearing 'when I slow down that's your queue to go faster than me.' and 'c'mon do better than me, how bad do you want it.' I want to do this workout right NOW.

    The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

    is the 1.5'' rope enough or do I need the 2'' ? I'm 5' 7'' male with good body strength but the 2'' is quite expensive compared to the 1.5'' so is it worth the price difference?

      what they said^^ i think it's a lot harder to lose weight just by exercise though. when you're giving your body the proper fat burning food and then doing fat burning workouts, it will literally melt off. I've lost 50 pounds since july on Keto (and i never touched a treadmill) you should definitely check it out.
