ive got a problem where when i complete a challenge of any sort, finish customizing my skater, or enter a cheat and press X on my ps4 controller it crashes. ive got a scrennshot if theres anything i can hit you up on

Great tutorial nice job; but I'm still struggling with the slowmo thing. I don't know what else to do other than change the preferred spu threads. And I don't that is a my pc issue but let me know what you think.

It's just basic PS3 games installation, let it install and the game will start
hey, everytime i loud the spu cache, it always crashes when it finishes loading. my graphics card is the GTX 1660 ti, is this good enough?`it says it should be playable, but i dont really know. is there any fix to this problem?

Those are good so you should to play just fine, with shadows on or off, test it out

when i double click the rpcs3.exe it says error the code execution cannot proceed because bulkan-1.dll was not found. pls help
That's a file necessary for playing with Vulkan, no idea why it's missing though but you can download it anyway. Type the name on the google, you can get it on a place called "dll-files"
I have opened the game and it has compiled the ppu modules and now it’s just a black screen with the skate 3 loading icon in the bottom right, what do I do?
What are your PC specs? Did you select Vulkan as the renderer?

It's best if you update it, but you can play without it
mine keeps saying that I cannot install firmware because of anitvirus and I have norton, I swear I turned it off but it is still not working
tjere is the problem you dont need norton or anything the windws firewall works completly fine

No you can't do that, RPCS3 is separate from PS3 or Xbox, the only thing you can import from PS3 is a save file
When i go to the games folder it just says shortcut and the other folder not skate 3 or the ps3 games when you click skate 3 folder

Could be many things, most of the time it's because the game files are corrupted. You're gonna need to redump the game or get from a different source
I get incredibly low frames, like 3-7 fps in the menues, and i would assume in the game. Any tips or tricks? My computer should be more than good enough to play this :)

There a bar that says "PS3 update" on the bottom right side of the screen, click on that and select "All Files"

That could be because of a few things, like the game files being corrupted, your PC specs are too low, wrong settings or missing patch.

do you know why i can't pass 30 fps ? i m stable with 30 burt it feel like i play with 15 i tried to change some settings but nothings change ? is it because my pc is to old ? (i have a gtx 960)

My game keeps freezing and then crashing whenever I play for some time.
PC specs: GTX 1080, Ryzen 1700, 16GB 3200 RAM, samung 850 evo 500GB SSD, and the monitor is MAG274QRF-QD (a 2560x1440p 165Hz monitor). I usually set my monitor's refresh rate to the max, 165Hz. Do I change the my monitor's refresh rate to match the vblank freqrency? Also is there gonna be a problem if I set the frame limit to infinite?
Rpcs3 uses alot of power the specs aren't good enough my 1660 can't handle it either try using xenia canary (xbox 360 emulator) and use a tutorial

after I put skate 3 in the games folder it doesnt show it when I press "add games" and go to the games folder, it just shows shortcuts, but when I try to move it over, it says the file destination is the same
ok I figured out it was the because the folder wasn't extracted but now after I extracted it it says there's no new software to add

@@Igor.L when you add the skate 3 folder it just says nothing to add and the file dissapears
make sure to click on mount when you right click on your mouse and then go to the emulator and to add the game do it by pressing one time on the dvd image created by the mount and select it and then boot skate 3 and wait for it to finish and then launch it hope this helps!!

Click on the little box at the bottom right corner that says "PS3 update file" and change it to "All Files"

Could be many things but most of the time it's a corrupted game file, you can join the RPCS3 Discord and post a error log there, they have dedicated help

Don't think so, you're on the recommended specs with the cpu. Has to be something else like corrupted game files or wrong settings

hey when i download the skate 3 file it doesn't give me the things you get it give me something else
Like a .iso file? If that's so then you need to extract the .iso with WinRar or 7zip, it will generate a new folder with the game files inside. Put this new folder into the "games" folder

Go to your pads and change it from keyboard to your controller. Worked for me

When I download rcps3 it is downloaded as an internet explorer file, and when I try to extract it there is no 7zip button when i right click. help?

Latest version are being marked as virus but it's false positive, you need to allow the file on the antivirus app you have

Maybe on no pay station, if you find it you can install them the same way you install patches

Yes you can play DLC stages but you need the DLC files separately

That's normal, it has to install the data on the hard drive. Game will start when it's done.
