how do i extract the pscx2 emulator i get that 7zip on the emulator and what do i do? downloaded as said but i dont get the emulator like its shown so im doing something wrong idk what tho

I Downloaded a GOW (2005) rom and after extraction put it in bios folder of pcsx2 . But when i run pcsx2 , it won't show the file in select the bios image window. HELP ME plssss

I did *everything* step by step and the cheats for San Andrea's are showing up in the cheat list, I enable them with check marks, load the game, and not one cheat is active even though it says in the top left corner "One patch active........14 cheats active". NOTHING on the list is working. If someone could explain what I'm doing wrong, please explain it like I'm 5 because I am not a tech bro in any way. I just like playing games and browsing RUclips.
