Brushing your teeth fights the cavities, but what you really should focus on is your gums, and oral b battery operated toothbrush gets all up in your gums and teeth and places a toothbrush can’t, flossing in the biggest part in oral hygiene. Flossing can help with keeping gums healthy and gun disease out of the picture, keeps cavities out of the picture and keep bad breath out of the picture! So flossy flossy flossy ladies! Much love 💕

You will be more prone to sensitivity and cavities with prolong use. Also, your gums can start to recede. Get a soft or extra soft toothbrush with the fluoride toothpaste.
not an expert but oral health obsessed person here!! this is not for any specific oral issues (whiting, bad breath, gingivitis, etc.) just the info ive learned that keep your oral health at its most stable, and healthiest!! 1: use a soft toothbrush to protect your enamel, (preferably electric because the vibrations can get a deeper clean on your teeth, as well as more brushes per minute compared to manual brushing). 2: floss before you brush,, it breaks down the food between your gums and allows a better clean. 3: learn the difference between your mouthwashes!! usually they will be labeled either “antiseptic” or “anticavity”. antiseptics are for mostly gum health or ‘fresh breath’. anticavity mouthwashes are for repairing your enamel, and overall tooth health. (you can use both, but i recommend not to mix them. its better to use antiseptics in the morning and anticavities at night). 4. brands or types of toothpastes don’t really matter. dentists always say just make sure your toothpaste has fluoride, which is very common so you’re not going to have any troubles.

I have braces and oral hygiene is 2x harder to keep up with than it’d be without them. I would love to see a video made for oral hygiene with braces since I know she’s had them.
4 times with a hard toothbrush Is not good for your enamel & brushing your tongue so aggressively til the point that it hurts .. it’s slowly damaging your taste buds & also your tongue.
Ok to be honest, the hard bristled Toothbrush will wear down your enamel very quickly, teeth become very sensitive and in a few years, all your teeth will be needing Crowns and that’s expensive. I’m a Dental Assistant and trust me , you do not need this future problem.
If you want to get white teeth and maintain them that way I reccomend the crest whitening strips to get started. Use those every other day for two weeks. Leave it on about 20-30 min. After that, use them about every two years. But to maintain it white long term after that, I use arm and hammer baking soda just put a bit on ur toothbrush then put ur toothpaste on, I use aquafresh, crest whitening, and arm and hammer whitening. I switch it up. When you rinse you can put a bit of peroxide to your regular mouthwash you use. When I don't do that I use a whitening mouthwash like crest or Colgate. My dentist always compliments my white teeth.

I love your hygiene videos. But brushing your teeth 4 times in one sitting seems a little too excessive. Did u have a bad experience with hygiene in the past that you feel all this pressure to be super clean all the time? I'm not saying being clean is a bad thing. I like to be clean and smell good too but I just think the way you do it is excessive. Just my opinion
