    Forget all the recipes! This is the easiest thing I've ever done!
    Few people know this secret if you have yeast and cocoa at home. Incredible recipe!

    Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm milk 200 ml
    - Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
    - White sugar 1 tbsp.
    - Brown sugar 2 tbsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - Eggs 2 pcs.
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    2. Stir again
    - All-purpose wheat flour 550-600 g (add in parts)
    - Cocoa 2 tbsp.
    - Melted butter 70 g (5 tbsp)
    3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
    4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    5. Place the dough on the table
    6. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
    7. Watch the video until the end and don't miss any important points!
    8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
    9. Cover with a towel and leave for 45-50 minutes
    10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
    11. Dough weight 976 g.
    12. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
    13. Roll them into a ball
    14. Place each ball on baking paper
    15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
    16. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
    17. Roll out the dough into an oval shape (8x20 cm)
    - Chocolate spread 200 g
    18. Spread chocolate spread on the dough
    19. Roll into a tube and secure the edges
    20. Roll out with your hands
    21. Fold the dough like in the video
    22. Transfer to baking paper
    23. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
    24. The buns are very beautiful and easy to prepare.
    - Egg yolk 1 pc.
    - Milk 1 tbsp.
    25. Lubricate with a brush
    26. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 21-24 minutes
