Yes, You don't peel the groundnut and you wouldn't notice the peel when it's made into coated peanut.

I did mine yesterday nd it was ok but d coating was not very smooth like yours. I added little baking powder to it. Could dat be d reason

I tried mine today,but after d coating of four time it was sticky,cos u said two cups of flour,so l use empty peak milk tin as my cup to measure d flour, but it seem as if it was not enough,hence it stick together,but when l added MRE flour it was no longer sticky but it was stressful onlike ur video

Sorry about that dear. It shouldn't be if you strictly followed the video using the exact measurements I used. It could be that your oil was not hot to hold it .
Also note you don't need very hot oil or high heat.
Follow strictly the video and replicate every thing done in the video and hopefully you will get it.

I finished making mine and it didn't come out strong.. It was kinda soft.. And d oil took sometime to dry even after I left it d whole day to dry off
Sorry about that dear. It shouldn't be. It could be that the oil wasn't hot enough. Make the oil hot enough, not too hot that it could burn your peanut without frying well,and stir while frying. After frying transfer to a paper tower to drain oil. Leave to cool completely before storing.
