You are a savior. I was struggling with games-Howell. and the package required for it. Thank you for the explanation.

Raffycee, thanks for all these videos you shared. They helped me out to understand what statistical test we should choose based on the data distribution. However, I also need to figure out how we can put the letter/brackets representing statistical significance on the box/column plot in R. That would be great if you were to add this tutorial on your channel soon!! Again, Great Job!!

Can you help me out? I calculated a Games Howell test and would like to transform the result to compact letter display. So that I can place said letters on top of boxplots in a graph. Do you know how this works? I tried cldList(), but as there is "group1" and "group2" in the output, I can't do: "cldList(p.adj~comparisons data=ght, threshold=0.05)", unlike other tests, which do list a "comparisons" column featuring both group comparisons in one column. Thanks in advance!

What do you mean here by "stress", performance" etc words? Do you know how we can replace them in our cases?
I have 5 treatments (independent variables) and multiple dependent (response) variables.
    1. How can I do ANOVA at the same time for all groups and for the whole dependent variables?
    2. How can I do treatment mean, SD/SEM for each treatment group?
    3. How can I give superscript letters for significant treatments/groups for each response variable? Thank you for your help.

Nice video but why are you typing so slowly? This video could be 10 minutes long instead of 18

Hi Kevin. I'm very sorry if I was typing so slowly. This video is for my students and are typically 16-18yrs old. Also, I find it difficult at the time of recording this video to type and modulate my voice. You can speedup the video playback if you want. :D
