wouldn't you pull it up against your heal first to make sure it is tight there before you cross it over the front .
I am always looking for a new ankle brace every year. I bough these two after seen this video but they did not helped me at all. Very light support. I ended up buying the brand Xforce Laceless or Quickwrap model at amazon and they offer me 5 times more lateral support than the for half the price. I also have Mcdavid ankle brace which are really good but they are too expensive and a bunch of lace and strap to deal with.

Does this design cause plantar faciatis?
Hi Shirley! This brace does not cause plantar fasciitis. This brace can actually help an athlete deal with plantar fasciitis.
These work once you get it on Just give yourself about a half hour extra time to get it on. Don't forget the half hour to remove it... Save frustration and TIME, get the lace less ones. Thank me later. You are welcome!
