What you have to do is make a copy of the folder C & C genarals Zero Hour on disk C or wherever you want and that copy you created is where you will copy the files extracted from Contra 009 Beta 2, then play ... ..

I ran into the issue too. You must have the files within the zero hour folders as he has shown. Put them anywhere else like a separate folder and the Final Install error will come up.

That is very vague when you say you have an error, like you go to the doc and tell him your head hurts... it could be a thousand things. Best advice go to moddb and ask the devs.
