Hey, I have the same model. I have damaged the bezel, so can I replace the bezel only without bearing the cost of the entire screen. Because my screen is working perfectly including the touch. Reply would be appreciated as I am low on funds.

I have a laptop here in the same series as yours that recently got a display replacement. It now won't go into sleep mode when the lid is shut. Is there any point in this video that shows where the magnet is supposed to be behind the display that triggers the sleep mode state when closing the lid? Thanks!
Mine looks to be similar to the new one u bought and cant fit ... its inspiron 13 7000 i5 7th gen... but cant seem to get where to buy replacement online... it has one connector 4 both touch and lcd... can u send me a link where u bought that.. am in uganda - africa

That’s honestly hard. The only site where you can probably find it is eBay and that’s probably expensive

I would not unplug anything with the laptop on and with the battery connected. Hopefully you ground your self while working on these.
