    The intake of fat does not increase visceral fat and LDL Cholesterol is not bad at all. Triglycerides are the correct marker.

    Beet root juice, artichokes, oatmeal, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, kale, purple grapes, strawberries cherries, black berries, guava, rasberries, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, green teas, salmon, lemons, brazil nuts garlic = good
    Bad = sausage, bacon, salami, processed sugary foods, paatries, all fried foods

      You blame the Bacon for what the toast did?
      Sausage is just meat with added spices. Sugar, Grains and comercially processed foods are the true issues.

      weird, i eat alot of the above and minimum of the bellow and still have fatty liver and a bunch of digestive issues

      ​@@robertdodds9325 not store sold sausages. You want them to be natural make them yourself or buy them from a trusted source, maybe a reputable pit master or bbq joint where they make everything from scratch.

    Lots if oxalate, damaging to kidneys if you have kidney issues
