I use the rme fireface 400, the question is, what exactly do we lose when working on it relative to the new interfaces (rme uc,ucx) that do not have software effects cut into the total mih, I do not need compression from the pme, I use it as a preamp, despite this, the total mih is cut into effects and so on, what do we lose in the end who faced and how did they solve the question? Thank you! We have a lot of interfaces with DC coupled outputs. Our new UCX II is DC coupled on all analog outputs.
