Pretty great video. Well done on Gold Mountain with the ZR2! Impressive. I’ve done the same trail and I was surprised how well your truck did! It’s going to make an awesome overland rig!
BRAVO MAMAGOOSE!!! Lookin good! Glad that bison is getting it done for you! Well after that comprehensive trail video? Looks like i am gonna be up there in next coming weeks! Ashley is bone stock so we shall see. Get out there! Get wheelin!!
Chevy should have hired you to put the Bison through it's paces. Nice trail! Looks like the Bison ate it up! Been seeing nothing but good reviews on it's capabilities.
I recently upgraded my 04 Tundra this past winter to run 33"s. For me, to go up to 35"s, without lockers. Probably looking at over $15K, just in parts. Long travel lower control arms, all new shocks/bumpstops, new, custom rear leafsprings, regearing, bigger brakes, new wheels/tires. The next step up. If I do it, I want to do it right.
I was just at our local Toyota dealership this morning buying some OEM parts. They had a new Tacoma Trailhunter on display in the showroom. The ZR2 Bison is a nicer truck. They also had an older, 90's, semi restored Landcruiser on display. Still pretty much stock, a few nicks and dings. Walking around the Trailhunter, just me, I push on the body panels to see how much they flex. Sheet metal seems to be a precious commodity today. That old Landcruiser was stout!!! The Trailhunter bumpers are plastic. 33" tires. I don't think they have true lockers, more electronic traction control. 4 cyl Hybrid.
Suggestion: I've noticed a change of sorts in the 'evolution' of 395 junky. For whatever reason growth isn't always great. I see that in the changes of recent and before. Pay a visit back to that series where what you did attracted people. Good luck. Maybe see you on the 395 trail for Fall Color changes are ready to occur
Best Bison video on RUclips.
That was fun to watch. Impressed with the Bison. The girls did great!
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the ZR2 Bison content! Keep it coming! I have a 2018 Colorado ZR2.
Awesome video showing the Bison in action! Not only does it perform well but I think its the best looking rig of the bunch.
Great video! Lots of smiles happening around there. Good stuff!!
Oh, and thanks for the update on the event!
Super awesome to finally see someone wheeling the Bison! I love this truck and can’t wait to purchase one.

What a blast! Truck did good! I need to do that trail!
Great to see the bison rock crawling. I’ve only got 1800 miles on mine and haven’t done any rock crawling yet but have done some mudding.

Love terrain mode! I have it on my trailboss it makes me feel like i have a ZR2 lol. Such precise driving.
I cannot wait to get one of these ZR2 bisons. I love my Jeep too (wish I had Ursa Minor top like you). But I need a truck 😁 for my overland gear.

Interesting truck.
That's some nice clean black paint on that truck. I bet you got plenty of pin striping!

Thank you for referring to your wife as “Tish!”
I do want to say, good to see you got a ZR2 😊
Nothing wrong with Mama Goose either. I know where you are going with this..take it else where.

Wow, has that trail changed. 😱 The steps at the top look all cleared out. Used to be a lot more rocks to sides.
Yah, I agree. I haven’t ran this trail in about 4 years. It changed a lot.
Do you have the underneath cameras on the bison?
Yes it does aims front and back
Question for you: Does the spare tire fit underneath the truck?
I noticed that the Rockslide Engineering Step wasn’t redeployed all the way on the white JL, are you having issues with it?

What size of tires are on the bronco and your wife's jeep?
When did they put the gate keeper in? Admittedly I haven't run that trail in years, but it wasn't there the last time I did it.
I’m not sure exactly, but from what I hear they added it about 1 1/2 years ago..
Whats the Name of the song at the beginning?
Just get one of those portable Viair compressors.
👍👍😃🇺🇸
