Warms my heart to see builds still being made so long after the game's release. DRAGON AGE WILL NEVER DIE (cause it specced berzerker with mass hp regen).
A nice build for a warrior DPS fun. I was wondering if you'll do a DW cunning rogue build with similar style? Utilizing Wade's Dragon Scale Medium Set and Dual Wielding Starfang and Duncan's Sword. The kind of build similar to a Swashbuckler build but wearing Medium armor instead?
I've been thinking about playing origins through again and making a 2h templar. What spec do you think would go best with that? Thinking champion for my tank
I think it would be better to use wade's superior medium armor here since u are not tanking) In my case fatigue was less than zero)) (in my case there was some bug - need to remove and then equip one piece of armor set for fatigue decrease from set bonus start to work as it should, dunno why it was happening)
On my current run, I have like no stam so I feel that the legion armor edges out because of the damage, I’m on normal so don’t take this as gospel but it feels pretty good I just auto lol
This build is very good. But I think daggers are more effective putting more points to dexterity rather than strength with dual striking and momentum plus Blood Frenzy. The key here is to take final blow of warrior skill tree. With daggers enchatements with frost, fire and paralyze runes the game the game is much easier even the nightmare difficulty.
Yup. Much more in fact. There is no other warrior that can match a Dual Wielder when it comes to raw damage. The talents are all quick, they have high damage and you can shoot them one after another in a quick succession, thanks to their short animation. The two-handed animations are quite a bit slower, although they are very powerful if you have a good weapon, the high base attack speed and the speed of the talents makes them less effective than a Dual Wielder when it comes to raw damage output(you also have more rune slots too). On the other hand the two-handed warrior has the best sustainable ability for any warrior: Indomitable, which prevents them from knockdown and stun. The Dual Wielder would be way to powerful if enemies could not stun or knock them down. If we were to create a scale from Tank to Damager, then a Two-Hander would be right in the middle. A Dual Wielder would be pure damager.

@@ChoppedCelery I was, after all, considering a 2her who would be effective against mages
Then again, considering I'd probably have a mage casting mana clash like you do here in the Loghain fight, it might do more harm than good
ive been back and forth between this and a two hander for a bit of a nostalgic play through any thoughts?

Imo I love rpg games that have a difficulty that way I play the way I prefer
Which is the best 2nd specialization for the dual warrior berserk? I can't decide between champior or reaver.
Go reaver, tear shit up.

Would you say a dual wield build does more damage than 2h one?

Sword mastery perk in dual wielding allows you to use equip dual longswords
