When I first saw this, my mom was laughing at her friend who was well, complaining how this "wasn't right." I asked what she's talking about and that was where I first learned about drag queens, LGBT community, etc.. After her friend left, mom told me there's nothing wrong with it; they are happy and we are happy, all that matters is to be happy and everyone should be happy to be themselves. That was the gist of it from what I remember, I was 9. But I DO remember not making a big deal, I was all for happy people! This song and particular music vid hold a special place in my heart. How cool of her! Shows humbleness, kindness, generosity, acceptance, and above all, LOVE (plus cool sense of humor lol). Gloria Estefan: not only my childhood but also my teacher. Anyway, definitely one of my favorite beautiful memories.
