It's overdue and im glad it's gonna be a makeover. One of the worst managed malls in Singapore. Toilets, lifts, carpark, lighting, etc..

Tbh is a very old mall and the place has quite a few unsuccessful en block exercises before. When you need to preserve the external facade , private developers will find it hard to be creative on designing the space between retail and residential.
