@@tractortalkwithgary1271 crazy!! BTW, people wonder why we have a dead skid steer below the shop... Paid $750 for a 2004 Cat 236B, needs an engine and a little bushing and pin work on the bucket. Otherwise everything is supposed to be good.. if we have to buy a $20k engine, it's still cheaper than a runner.. that might die tomorrow. BTW, thanks for the PIN😎
Good evening Gary, hello to Joel and Dolly👋. Huge auction, amazing equipment. I think of what our little tractor can do...and then I look at the big John Deere. Looks like a great day. Thanks for taking us along, Ben 🚜🚜👍
Thanks for watching Joseph. I wish I could show you around at one over here. We would both have a blast. Make that all three of us. I almost left out the camera man.
No kidding, a lot of different equipment there. I didn’t here you bid on the JD 6130M 😮 $77K holy moly 💰💰💰💰 😉😂. Thanks for sharing and have a great week Barb and Gary 👍🏻🙋🏼♂️🙂
Hi Gary, what a nice auction, at 3:23 sit a bale grinder, that is a must for life stock farmers, I guess it made good money and boy is the JD 4960 a beast
There was some nice equipment there. It's always difficult for me to see these auctions because it often means that there is now one less operating farm.
Yes indeed Noel. Tons of garden tractors here. You and Joseph the Garden Tractor Boy would be rolling around in the ground with each other in a headlock fighting over some of these gems👊
Good evening Gary, that's the first time I've seen an auctioneer sell from a moving truck bed office. Is there sales tax or auction fees on top of the sale price? Thanks for sharing!
Good afternoon Gary.
Dang!!!!😳 That's a lot of equipment!!!
Good afternoon Ed.
Indeed it is. Takes all day to sell and then there was an online auction only for some more stuff the following day.

Hello Ben. Joel is the owner and the founder of the feast.
Dolly is a friend that I have known for years and also worked with for a few years.
Very nice heavy
Duty equipment
Thanks for carrying us along Gary ,enjoyed watching !
Glad you could come along Scott
Gary: You guys have the best auctions and equipment shows out there! Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for watching John.
Agriculture is BIG in Iowa.
That looked like a fantastic auction, I have never seen an auction that big before. That would be a fun event to go to. Thanks for taking us along
Thanks for watching Joseph.
I wish I could show you around at one over here. We would both have a blast.
Make that all three of us. I almost left out the camera man.
That auction was great to witness Gary. Lots of cool stuff too.
Yes sir!
Thanks for watching Kenny
Good afternoon Gary… thanks for bringing that huge auction to us. Looks like it was a great day for an auction.! 👍😎👍
It was a rather cold day. A bit breezy with cold temps but the coffee and hot chocolate sales solved that issue.
@@tractortalkwithgary1271 My favorite part of going to fall / winter-auctions when I was a kid! Was the bake sales and hot chocolate! 👍😎👍
That there is a whole lotta farmin' machinery!
No tanks, Jeeps, or jet fighters there yet Dan…
One can always hope!
There was some nice stuff there, thanks for sharing Gary.
Thanks for watching Tony
WOW!!!!! I'd be like a kid in a candy store & not able to buy a dang thing there. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing. Take care.
You could be like me Ron. You could go to the lunch area and buy a pulled pork sandwich and a cup of coffee ( they didn’t have beer)
I love auctions Gary. This was a big one.
Thanks John.
Yes this was a big one.
There was still more equipment to sell the following day. That was an on- line only auction though.
Good evening Gary 🍺. That's a heck of an auction
Thanks Ron🍻🍻
Yes indeed. It was fun.
It's amazing the price that the skid steer sold at. Have a great week.
Good Evening Sir 😇👍👌
Good evening Sir!
In from a busy day of cutting wood or would that be plowing snow?
Wow, that 1845 brought good money! A very nice selection of equipment there.
Evening Gary. I’d have to keep my hands in my pockets at that one. Guy could spend a lot there. 👍
Yes indeed Bob.
Thanks for watching.
On another note, received a package in the mail yesterday.
Video to follow. 👍🏻
Hey Gary. Thanks for sharing. Auctions are scary to me because I get caught up and over pay sometimes. Nice video. -Tod
Thanks for watching Tod

If it hadn’t been for holding the camera, both of my hands would have been in my pockets 🥺

Good evening Gary 🍻👍
Howdy Chad
I love auctions.....can't believe that all went in one day, that's a lot of iron....So Gary, what did you buy? Thanks for taking us along.
I bought a pulled pork sandwich and 2 cups of coffee. 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Gary, what a nice auction, at 3:23 sit a bale grinder, that is a must for life stock farmers, I guess it made good money and boy is the JD 4960 a beast
Thanks for watching Jan
Looks like a good time Gary. I really thought you were going to bring that JD6130 home. 😅
I would have loved to have brought that home Dave.
Only one thing stopping me… well, maybe two!
I had to reboot. RUclips wouldn't let me comment. I checked out David Schultz last night. Definitely a mystery.
Thank you Gary.
Pretty weird for sure Bryce.
Great price for that skid steer. I almost bid😮.
Be careful Dave, Joel and the other auctioneers might be watching this video! 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for watching Dave
So much equipment, so little time! What did you bring home, Gary? 😉😆
Some high priced equipment. Even at auctions. Price have been over the roof.
There was some nice equipment there. It's always difficult for me to see these auctions because it often means that there is now one less operating farm.
I haven't been to an auction since I was a kid. Most of our farm equipment came from auctions.
I hear you there Mathew. Like we both have said many times, the equipment was made to outlast us … and it has in the past.
@@tractortalkwithgary1271 very true

great video!:) Do you know the name of this auction? I would love to see all the auction results. Thank you!:)
Good evening Gary, that's the first time I've seen an auctioneer sell from a moving truck bed office. Is there sales tax or auction fees on top of the sale price? Thanks for sharing!
On farm equipment where you qualify, no, there is no sales tax.
In Iowa, 50% of your farming operation must be row crops to qualify.
Thanks Paul
Hey Gary do they have the auction every year at this time of the year? Later
Yes they do.
They have one in the spring too and will usually squeeze in another one.
I have missed the last two. Had to work.
Thanks for filming us Gary!! A great video just like always!! Hope to see you in March!!
