Always refreshing to hear your views. I would like to hear your thoughts on taking spore based probiotics if you have chronic autoimmune conditions. What are the pros and cons. I experience fatigue with a small dose of the bacillus spores but also have had some good outcomes with decreasing tummy bloat. Thank you for all your videos. I learn a lot from them.
Prebiotics (inulin) helped me after antibiotics. Now I am taking prebiotics & probiotics and ginger for motility. And I made longer periods between meals - to give time for MMC, thats why for two months I live without supper (300 ml of kefir in the evening, that's all). And I have improvements - my regular night sweats has gone. But still I sleep really badly, I tired all day and every day and have to wear a lot of clothes when outside (because I feel cold). But the progress is here.

Hello. How reliable are food sensitivity tests? I took a comprehensive test in 2017. The food item that showed the highest level of sensitivity is eggs. I do eat them about twice a year (although I have foods on occasion that have eggs in them). What is your take on this? I recently discovered your channel and I am enjoying it immensely. It has been so helpful.

Is L-Glutamate a tool that should be considered for Leaky Gut? Also, I have been taking the three reccomended dose probiotics 2x a day be fine? I thought it would be possible that taking 2x a day would see faster improvement; however, I'm not well informed on the subject.
I was trying different types of fiber but after months of gradually increasing I realize it isn't helping. Now I am stopping all supplemental fiber in favor of Culturelle at night for my mixed IBS. My GI seems calmer. I am also drinking Lifeway Kefir which I think is also helping. Do you think the thick residue literally coats the stomach?

I started using homemade Kefir this summer. Does my guts a ton of good! Kefir has a whole army of natural probiotics and yeasts. Plus it is delicious!

I'm a fan of glutamine. Probiotics 1-2 is sufficient in my experience. Hope this helps!

Do you think someone who eats too much fiber should still take psyllium? I drink a lot of fluid but don't have motility 🤷
I think the best approach is experimentation and listening to your body.

I don't think there is one answer for all, I'd experiment and listen to your body. Lots of good tools in the natural tool kit for IBS :)
