When you say, "3 1/4 cups of flour (divided 1 cup to the side)" i assume you mean 3 1/4 cups of flour and separately 1 extra cup of flour for later, correct? I just wanna be sure
So sorry for the confusion, out of the 3 1/4 cups you would sit aside 1 cup of the flour, so use 2 1/4 cups to make the dough then use that 1 cup that was sat aside for dusting or to prevent it from sticking when rolling it out
Nope you don’t, you can definitely make these by hand, it just takes a little wrist work lol, I’ll make a video soon showing how to make some without the mixer
