When you use those settings look at ur view finder and see how washed out it is. The ND brings the exposure back down and puts motion blur on your video. And thanks man! Were in California?

It should. What ever your frame rate is you set the shutter speed double.
30fps-1/60shutter
60fps-1/120shutter
