@Gaurav Gupta At the time of partition in 1947 British drew a map of India and Pakistan, but they left the Kashmir undecided and asked that it will be up to the people of Kashmir to decide whom they want to be with, at that time majority of the people in Kashmir were Muslims, and they wanted to join Pakistan, but the Maharajah of Kashmir was Hindu and he wanted to join India, so he asked Indian military's help, India sent her army and occupied full Kashmir, Pakistan at that time was in a very bad shape and people though it would not last a month, but we by the grace of God survived, and in 1948 with the help of our Pathan brothers we freed half of the Kashmir, which we call azad Kashmir, and we were going to get the other half too, but than Nehro went to UN and promised that that there will be plebiscite in Kashmir, which obviously later on India changed her mind and every time Pakistan wanted to talk about the referendum, India would make up excused to not to. Pakistan is still saying that there should be a plebiscite in Kashmir and we need to ask who they want to be with, or do they want to be independent, and that is all it is, people of Indian occupied Kashmir wants their right to plebiscite.
