One correction. You can only get hot water at the water spot. The red button is a lock to protect people from false cooperation. Only click the red button to unlockat first, can you get hot water from it by pressing the green button. It will be locked automatically after few seconds since you release the green button. Be careful while you hold the cut filled up with hot water to your seat.
Those who act against the regulations on trains and airplanes will not be able to purchase high-speed railway ticket or flight ticket for certain amount of time. This is to prevent those misbehaving passengers disturbing others like occupying others seat, smoking on the plane/train, disrupting the operation of coaches or aircrafts.
Well, after searching on internet, found a news relevant. It's something like Management Measures for Railway Passenger Credit Records (Trial), maintained by Railway bureau I guess, and the records are for railways use only. Like if someone smoking and triggering a smoke alarm and causing the train's speed slow down, will be prohibited from taking high speed trains or tickets purchasing.
HI! Just a kind reminder, you can actually order the takeaway meals in the train, just scan the QR code on the seats, you can see many options, and they will deliver the food to your seats.🤩
It takes only 4hrs and 10 min if you take fastest HSR from BeiJing to XiAn with only 4 stops through the journey. Wish you pleasant stay in the ancient city.
When arrived in Xi'an, the first place on the must-see list was: the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. How to get there? In the evening, take Metro Line 4 to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and exit from Exit B. Walk south for 15 minutes. After seeing the statue of Monk Xuanzang, you can see the entrance to this block. Walk south for 1 kilometer from the entrance to enter the core block. The scenery is very beautiful at night.

To visit those historical areas, the best way is to wear sports shoes or jogging shoes, so that we don't put any scratch on the ground. We are doing the best we can as tourists.
The credit that was mentioned in the train will not stop you to get the loans or mortgage in the future. It just lock your ID a couple months to stop you buy train/flight ticket as a warning if you steal a ride. This kind of announce is intend to remind to the public don't to be a ticket evader.

I love to watch your videos. Informative recent content and helpful as we plan to travel to China in October. In your travel guide you mentioned the provider where you got your train tickets from. How reliable is this source? I can book there right now even if the planned departure date is at the beginning of October whereas the official sale from China Rail starts at best two weeks before travel. So my guess is that this is just a reservation. How and when will I get the "real" ticket. We don´t want to be hoping until the very last moment that it will work, ending being lost at a station where all tickets are sold out for the actual date. I would greatly appreciate your response. They were very reliable for me, I reserved our tickets well in advance but Chinese train operators do not release tickets until 14 days before departure. Trip.com then purchase the tickets and you get confirmation. There is a slight gamble of course in doing this and it will depend on demand for your train and class of travel. The only issues we had was when we travelled either Business Class (as there was only six business class seats on the train we wanted, so had to choose a different train as we really wanted to try Business Class and the sleeper were we also had to pick another train as there was no tickets available). If you are travelling second or first class I don't think there will be any issues. If you are still a bit nervous you can try a service like www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/ who will purchase the tickets on your behalf for a small commission per ticket, but they will still be restricted to the 14 day window before the departure as well.
when traveling in china, it's better to get a sim with a local number - it's really cheap if you get a low data plan. bring along and older phone so you can use the local number with the payment apps. this allows you to use a lot of services that require a local number. I think that was the problem you had with the beijing metro. you should be able to order a lot of different foods using the qr quote on the armrest. it will be delivered to the next station and the train attendent will pick it up and deliver it to your seat. you can get mcdonalds, starbucks, or any kind of food local to the next station.
