Poor Din. 😜😝 While at the market, he's probably thinking "Okay next on the agenda, retake Mandalore, return to Navarro, kill Greef, throw that suit into Mustafar..."
He's probably spamming yes only because he won't ever reach that height naturally so he's enjoying it. This is actually a really funny thing to start my day lol
You just know there is an extended scene of Mando trying to remove him from the droid just after they leave the office. He's so defeated by the time he's walking down the street with him😅
The running away when Mando wants to get him outta the IG 12 cracks me up every time. That's basically every parent when trying to get something away from a toddler that they don't want the toddler to have 🤣
The most genuinely annoyed Din has ever sounded was when he was telling Grogu, “You have to pay for those!” 😂😂😂 He’s usually unfailingly patient with the kid, but every parent has their limit.
My wife isnt too fond of The Mandalorian or Star Wars in general, but she is working as a nursery nurse and I had to show her this scene. She found it to be extremely funny and compared to what a human toddler probably would do, extremely realistic. Had a good laugh at this.
He also showed some of Luke's character by stopping the fight between the two mandalorians Luke taught him how not to show anger and how to help those in need
It was more he learned it from Din. Din did got between Cobb Vanth and the Tuskens in season 2 to stop them fighting and Grogu was right there to see it.
This was such a smart decision, grogu can actually have some form of basic communication now, and becomes less of a liability, as we saw later in the episode, he had no trouble keeping up with the mandalorian during the fight.
IG-12 can be outfitted with the arsenal of adult Mandalorians and Grogu can control those weapons at his cockpit. Grogu can also possibly pilot the IG-12 frame using Force powers to wield fully-sized light sabers using the IG-12's hands. Imagine the possible adventures from there...
To be fair droids in the Star Wars universe aren’t anything special. They get reprogrammed and repurposed all the time . For instance C-3PO used to be someone else’s droid before Aniakin found and fixed him .
I mean, if they find an IG memory circuit, they can bring IG11 back. Then it will be a Titanfall or Big Daddy(BioShock) situation, but Grogu is going to be using the force to restrain everything for IG to shoot.
I thought so too, but I think it might have been the lever that made him move…not sure, as I have to go back and look again, but I am right there with you!😄 I was wondering about the ball… could he be outgrowing it??🥹

"What do you mean, NO?"... Most realistic parents question ever.
Welcome to parenthood Mando.
Followed by most realistic kid answer, "NO!"
The best part of the whole episode. I was absolutely dying laughing while Grogu was walking down the street. "Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes"
