You’re bang on. As a54 year old I know that them big number reps are no good for my body..I’ve done it and was sore for days and couldn’t train ..so I break em down, sets of 5 or ten reps with some air squats or shadow box , lunges anything in between ..this works for me .. burpees for life 🤸♀️🙏
You can do this. 47 here & at first I thought these guys are nuts. Fast forward a year & I did my first 500, do 100 navy-seals regularly. Consistency is the key.
I did 100 burpees a day for 30 days and the results were incredible. That was 3 years ago. I started a new routine. 7 minutes...as many as I can. If you can't find 7 minutes a day then you don't deserve shit anyway, is what I tell myself.
solid info brother, love burpees, love navy seals and 8 count body builders.... builds mental resilience and the physical results are the by product.....what's not to love!
My guy, this spoke so damn loud to me. Thank you for those words. I had a plan and your video for sure reassured me that I was doing the right thing. Just get the work done!!!
Your a legend friend, I been incorporating burpees into my routine just because you Please keep sharing your gospel, too many people in this word need it
I do 5 sets on 15 machines and do ten burpees in-between each machine, then elliptical for 30 minutes thats my base at 56 years.thanks for your encouragement.
Ha! This is me. Not long after you introduced the concept of the strong burpee, I did 100 unbroken for the first time and what’s more, I did them in 9’47. Two milestones in one. I was really surprised. Wasn’t even planning to do any, just walked outside and bashed out 100 burpees. But then, I just stopped doing burpees. I’ve no idea why. Just stopped. Now, like you say, “I’m back on it”. Just got to stay on it. 😂
My back is still jacked from just Three weeks of burpees . So frustrating . I have major sciatic issues I got from doing those . Which is weird coz the first time I tried I had been going for three months with no problems until I added Pull-ups and the roller wheel to the workout to try to hit other muscles. This is the worst my lower back has ever hurt
@daveaspinall3060 We are all trying to motivate each other to get one step closer to who we want to be each day, stay consistent and the results will shock you!
Hey Lee, I have 100 as my baseline my problem is I hit 100 around 17 minutes and then I'm gassed and can only crank out a few more any tips on paceing?
So as a base line you mean 100 every day 7 days a week or would that be my max I do 100 but every day do like 50 to 60 then hit 100 every Once in awhile? I think I know what your answer is gonna be
I did 25 Navy Seal burpees last week. This week, I did 26. 💪
Progress

We're fighting against the demons... life is a spiritual battle brother. Appreciate you
🙏❤🇺🇲
Six am and did 1 mile and then added "rocking chairs" to my routine. It felt good on my knees. Have a good morning.
My baseline is 16 a day. On to the next level tomorrow
needed this
Just 100 unbroken burpees to “fall back on” he says.
This 44 year old starting at 3 sets of 10…guess I got a lot of work to do! 😁
It’s a working process og keep going you will be happy you didn’t give up
Same here, just minus 16 years 😂

Love this shit!
At the moment I can only do 30, but I'm trying to work up to 100
My guy, this spoke so damn loud to me. Thank you for those words. I had a plan and your video for sure reassured me that I was doing the right thing.

Great advice! It always goes back to basic consistency
Excellent, well said. 👏🏾
Solid advice
Thanks bro, I needed that.
To be fair, you're spot on. It really is as simple as that. 👍

Don't overthink it guys. We got this. Just keep it simple. 3 5 7s for me in the morning before work.
I like your attitude 👍👊
YES!! Need to establish a personal baseline to fall back on during slump days/phase instead of becoming couch potato. Thank you, love your channel.
That’s what I like to hear. Go for it
True words from a burpee-master
Yes 💪!!
on point
F N love this guy!
Strength and dedication!
Words of wisdom bro 💪🏽💯! Thank you🙏🏽
Super helpful bro, I don’t know what calls you to give us these gems, but I am thankful for you and what you’re doing. Grace & Peace
100 straight unbroken burpees 3 times a week or every other day as a baseline is more than enough for most people.
This definitely rings true for me thanks

real talk bro this is a never surrender lifestyle
This makes sense , did that with push ups at work now ganna step it up to burpees
I appreciate your advice, I myself have started 100 burpees for 100 days I'm on day 12. Thank you sir
I do 100 in 15 mins in sets of 10. The last ten used to kill me. Lately it's getting easier.
The 1st burpee of the day is horrible man but you get down and crack on :)
I dont know about 100 a day YET but ur right... any burpee is better than no burpee 😢
I used to do the same thing for pushups. On my bad days I did my minimum but I had to do the minimum but I would pick it back up to way higher later
I'm starting burpees tonight
This is my goal, get to 100 unbroken.
Hello everyone - as a newbie how many should a person start out with? I'm 43 and weigh 215
@sbs-0055 Thanks so much and I congratulate you !
I do my 113 everyday since I got out of county!!
49 minutes ... aiming for 1 hour
My back is still jacked from just
Three weeks of burpees .
So frustrating . I have major sciatic issues I got from doing those . Which is weird coz the first time I tried I had been going for three months with no problems until I added
Pull-ups and the roller wheel to the workout to try to hit other muscles.
This is the worst my lower back has ever hurt
I just stumbled onto your content and love it! Started following along with your beginner series. Quick question...what's an "unbroken" burpee? Thanks!
It just means doing 100 normal burpess with no rest, keep smashing it!
@jasonmcguigan8682 awesome, thanks! Kind of what I figured. Gonna keep crushing em. Been jumping rope lots too. I find consistency is key!!
@daveaspinall3060 I've been doing exactly the same my friend! Been jumping rope and performing burpees, never been fitter
@jasonmcguigan8682 deadly! I just started and have a ways to go but your words inspire me! Cheers!👊🏼💪🏼
@daveaspinall3060 We are all trying to motivate each other to get one step closer to who we want to be each day, stay consistent and the results will shock you!
Mind if i ask how old you are? I'm just wondering how you manage recovery. Recent subscriber here
Used to have a good burpee but I've hurt the lower back
Any suggestion how to get back on them ?
what about the 4days/week approach from Max - not as good as every day?
Does doing 100 over the hall day still have work
Bottom line
Get it done!!!
What is the proper burpee for a beginner who's recovering from a cabg x 5?
Luv ur stuff...note to self don't do the iron wolf after just eating breakfast or it turns into pukeing puppy. Oof.
Hey Lee, I have 100 as my baseline my problem is I hit 100 around 17 minutes and then I'm gassed and can only crank out a few more any tips on paceing?
Just keep doing what your doing. You’re getting there
Biggest question is whete do you find time to do 500 burpees a day
What's a good starting number for a beginner?
Bro i can do 4 sets of 5 Navy Seal burpees as an beginner. My Goal is 4x10/15 after summer.
I don’t ever want to do burpees I’m happy with my barbells bro
I do 5 sets of 10 reps ,just completed 150 for the entire day , start small 😂
True m8
What is burpee??
So as a base line you mean 100 every day 7 days a week or would that be my max I do 100 but every day do like 50 to 60 then hit 100 every Once in awhile?
I think I know what your answer is gonna be
100 unbroken burpees meaning , no breaks ? I do 8 sets of 25
I think my baseline is 3.
We all gotta start somewhere. Keep grinding and youll be knocking unbroken sets in no time
Just get them done...thats a man's existence. If you don't then you won't and then you pay for it.
100 burpees are hard bruv
Dont mess with someone that can do 500 burpees a day, they will take you out.
Not if you punch them in the throat
Establish a new healthy habit. Iv been inactive for a long time.
🫡💯
It’s just a burpee,, yawnnnn ,,
I know hey,, and they are awesome😮,,
DumDum sounds like a dum dum
