When heaven was in shambles, Minos tried making the Lust Citizens more comfy and safe while Sisyphus trained the Greed slaves into an insurectionist. But Persephone...did something rather, *ULTRA radical.* She let the gates of hell be easily opened, thus many many sinners managed to escape from each layer, and into the surface, mouth or upper layers from where they came from. In this world, Persephone would be God's *daughter* if Zeus isn't really a thing. When heaven dealt with Minos and Sisyphus, they saw such *TREASON* Persephone did. All of heaven was so angry, that they were willing to *bring her down* even if it took them armies of angels. But alas, when Persephone can no longer handle the massive amount of angels, they greatly tortured her for the sin of *TREACHERY* against her father, God. After being brutally punnished, she was then locked into a special flesh containment within the bottoms of Treachery, that kept her suffering. Even while suffering, Persephone knew she had done right, that sinners don't deserve eternal punnishment, because humans are fated to always sin. While suffering, Persephone can only smile and tear, as she has done right...but not enough. A beautiful combination of Minos' morals, and Sisyphus' extremeness.

Edit: Thanks for the heart, and I have an idea, for the Prime Sanctums, what if instead of greek based bosses like mini and Sisyphus, how about those from other mythologies like with Egyptian mythology with P-1 being Tawaret, the goddess of childbirth; P-2 being Sekhmet, the goddess of war; and P-3 being Set, the god of deception; and maybe P-S could be Ra, the god of the sun. It could be an interesting idea, no?
P-3 is probably prometheus, he’s the guy in greek mythos that stole fire from the gods and gave it to the people and gave humanity most of the food in sacrifices, basically committing treachery and giving him reason to be locked up in the 9th layer. Also, you gotta admit, a giant fire titan getting locked up would be sick as hell.
