This world will make the sensitive mentally ill. When you speak the truth, you may be gaslighted and told you are crazy. Growing older and being alone doesn't help,either. We must remain strong

Happened to me. Acute psycosis in 2001,2020 and 2022/2023. Last one ruined my marriage and i destroyed almost all of my realthionships. I "imploded". I became an asshole. The thing that saved me is that people remembered i was a pretty decent,normal and friendly person before all this madness. But i feel i am out of credits and have to isolate and be careful with people. Strange times. My advice is to be careful with people you let in your life.

Towards the last 3rd of your video my emotions were welling up. What you say says so much about who I am . I sometimes try and ignore (pretend) I don't get panic attacks or whatever issue at the moment, but it's better to face oneself squarely. Then, give oneself grace, and move forward as best as one can. That takes courage. Then I stop myself. Don't want to veer into magical thinking ❤

The mentally ill are victims, but not if they do not seek help. The mentally ill can be abusive to others, such as the narc. It is difficult to have pity on a child in a adult's body when they are continually causing harm to others.

Im willing to explain to others with social skills disability so they can understand somehow and build a compass to make some sense on how to act or why they failed in certain interaction.
