I honestly love this game, but it never reached the height of my personal favorites of Super Star Ultra and Robobot. Can't wait for the new Mario Tennis game, I've tried a Mario Tennis before, but I feel this'll be a good time to do so.

My upcoming games are Mario Tennis Aces, Nintendo Labo, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy, Donkey Kong County Tropical Freeze and Yoshi.

What about the extra modes, like the EX mode and The Ultimate Test? Those two modes add a lot more meat than people seem to give the game credit for. Especially with The Ultimate Test, there is more gameplay and more difficulty than what you get out of only the main story.

The game is in fact pretty bad optimised but HAL actuall did lots of other stuff too in the meantime wich was a pretty big mistake as that was their first switvh title and they had basically a time limit for the game

My favorite Kirby game would have to be super star, it had so many fun modes to play and enormous replay value.
I like the format, I just wish the video wasn’t so short. :/

I'm mostly excited for Mario Tennis Aces and My Hero Academia: One's Justice, but I'm also really intrigued by Nintendo Labo.
Also, I finished Kirby Star Allies with over 100 lives. I legitimately felt like a failure the two times that I died.

I do agree with you and I think its true, kirby as a franchise is meant to be for young children. Its very enjoyable no matter the age but it would be nice if you could choose the difficulty. Great review, really enjoyed it keep up the good work chicken!
I was legitimately angry that Robobot was such a clone of Triple Deluxe, and I had wasted 40$ on it. This gsme was actually a fresh experience.

I do agree that the story is really short and easy. If you're looking for challenge, try heroes in another dimension and the ultimate choice, Soul melter EX I had to cheese with 3 chef kawasakis (I'm aware this was published befor HiAD came out but sshshhshh). The AI is pretty... stupid, a lot of the time.I have a video on my switch of me trying to get a certain friend to give another one an ability for 30 seconds straight. Usually it's ok but in times like that... yeah.
As for perfomance, the game reeeally tanks in certain areas of HiAD such as the Rick, Kine and Coo underwater section and the 3 mage sisters boss fight. The 3 mage sisters is understandable but the underwater section makes no sense. It's just burning logs why is that so perfomance-heavy?
Do a splatoon 2 review now, or soon. Like maybe when octo expansion comes out too?

Traditional platforms won't get better than Kirby's Return to Dream Land, non-traditional platformers won't surpass Kirby Mass Attack. As for spin-offs... Kirby's Pinball Land rocks.
Honestly, I'm looking forward too a new donkey kong country game thats NEW and not some GLORIFIED RE-RELEASE (based on the way things are going tbh, its more hoping than looking forward too :-( ) and my favorite kirby game is triple deluxe, with a rating of 9.7, the final boss being ridiculous, as it has like, 50 phases. so good, yet so easy, yet so terrible all in one. and somehow i love that game. LOL
