love your video guys i know a lot of hard work goes into these and just want to say thanks for all the info on parts and general knowledge over the minis, i'm currently building mine and just wanted to say thanks. looking forward to watching more of your content
Nice work as always fellahs. The good thing is that your work lasts. My Mini is running great since you tuned it last. I want to come up and do some more stuff... but its going so well I do not need to. Thanks quality team.
Hi brill video, I love the advice on the braking system set up. Could you advice where to get the 0.75 bore clutch master cylinder? Last question when you sold your car what did you replace the mini with?
I woud really appreciate more info on the wiring harness adaptation, which GM harness did you use? do you plan to do some adapted harnesses to sell? This is the most needed thing to this cars, Porperly done fused and relayed harness! I Want one!
Why is there a need for more fuses? Mini's managed well with two fuses the first 18 years, after that they fitted a bigger fusebox with more fuses and after this 'upgrade' the problems started with bad connections. KISS! (Keep It Simple Stxxx)
@@thatdudeinorange2297 I think the need is for a safer more reliable harness which can accommodate more accessories. May not be what you want and may not be authentic but is a sound option for some.
Great to see another video from you guys, please keep them coming. That chrome beading around the roof drip rail, first time I have seen it, is it common?
What era mini had 1/2’ bore wheel cylinders, I’m going to try your clutch master cylinder idea. Love your channel, where was all this info 35 years ago when I last had a mini ?
Can I ask where you got your Momo mod 7 steering wheel? I see them all the time on people's cars, but when I tried to find a concaved alcantara wheel, I couldn't find anyone who sold them. Ended up buying an OMP...
Bought a new mini jcw yesterday. Amazing car. I know I’ll miss my classic cooper but had to let it go, needed something solid to drive across Europe regularly. But I’m sure doing a classic mini rebuild will happen soon... this build you guys shared is inspirational as always. Love your work!
Alex Vickery unless you want to be servicing it every week I wouldn’t, if you don’t mind that then I suggest a mini, loads of places where you can buy parts for cheap
quick question. i took out my mk1 with goodridge Lines all around and it had the regulator on the rear. havent touched that. when i brake i have to double press the pedal to get a strong feedback. should i remove it as you said on the video?? is it going to be better??
Maitenace on switches?!! Guess thats needed if supplied from an 'murican car. Other than that a cool car! Yeah, and hoodpins makes hood removal faster 😂
Those daft headlights ruin the look, get some proper ones fitted and put some retro Cibie spots on. Also why the tame engine spec? Could have at least fitted a 286 cam? A good ported head makes the world of difference too.
Love your videos 😭 the really nice cinematic kinda gives off an awesome “Petrolicious” vibe! Love it!

Welcome back. The new car looks great.
Thank you

This is super nice!! Has definitely cemented my need for a classic mini!!
Amazing build! Would love to know more info on the wiring set up!
nice job good looking car! always liked the way yours sounds on the first of your videos

Super nice build!
So cute the old mini car like like.
Busy is good, glad to see the business pumping! Well done
This is so amazing. If you were to make that copper vacuum line for sale and do a run of those, I would certainly purchase one...just an idea.
Also, +1 on the pocket watch holder. So sick.
I love how clean that you have kept things under the hood, I prefer my cars maintenance friendly.
Clean and tidy makes wrenching much nicer 👍
Wo wo wo... so you dont have split braking? Seams bit dangerous not having some sort of proportioning valve or split braking?
Excellent video, plenty of interesting content. I’m off to catch up on the rest of them
Very, very nice work! Impressive!
awesome video guys, looking forward to the new projects!
Webber window: Great idea!
Where do people find the extra 'b' in Weber?
Dope mini. Great inspiration for my mini!
Thanks for a great video on a nice looking car. What kind of roll bar (4-point?) did you use on it as you can keep the back seat?
keep up the good work guys !!!
Thanks Benoit!
I think that is really cool.
Can you do a video about mark I conversion of the grill.
Would be good to see
Old grille off.. new grille on.. drill out spot welds for bonnet lip.. what is there to see lol
Props for sneaking in the Labi Siffre outro...
Haha props for recognizing it 👊🙂
Car looks great! Looking forward to the up coming videos!
Does the clutch master cylinder have enough brake fluid volume?
I woud really appreciate more info on the wiring harness adaptation, which GM harness did you use? do you plan to do some adapted harnesses to sell? This is the most needed thing to this cars, Porperly done fused and relayed harness! I Want one!
It's a GM style hot rod harness. Adapted harnesses might be something we look at, but it would take quite a bit of development time.
@@Stevestonmotorco started looking when you mentioned it. American Auto wire Builder series?

Awesome cars you gave me good ideas for mine
Love the loom idea! And the build as always! What Alternator are you running?
Looks awesome!
What era mini had 1/2’ bore wheel cylinders, I’m going to try your clutch master cylinder idea.
Love your channel, where was all this info 35 years ago when I last had a mini ?
enough b fluid
What are the front seats? look really cool and would love to find something similar for my '64 Traveller Cooper S Café Racer build.
They're Kirkey lowback V seats, or something along those lines
If you run a Webber it will deafening in the car but a great sound
Me encantan los mini 👌
Can I ask where you got your Momo mod 7 steering wheel? I see them all the time on people's cars, but when I tried to find a concaved alcantara wheel, I couldn't find anyone who sold them. Ended up buying an OMP...
Second hand market. They are indeed difficult to find. Omps are nice too 👌

Cheers. Enjoy the modern tidbits that the new mini gives you :)
Any tips for wrapping the roof? I tried it once, but I suck at it and couldn't get the corners done without big bubbles/creases.
It's not that easy. We found that good quality wrap and occasional heat gun use helps a great deal.
Very nice car and videos can you tell me where you got the third brakelight from
Thanks, just a local auto parts store.
You guys have to pursued me, either classic mini or mgb gt and why for an 18 year old university student.
Alex Vickery unless you want to be servicing it every week I wouldn’t, if you don’t mind that then I suggest a mini, loads of places where you can buy parts for cheap
Any details and the seats and also mounts? They look great
Kirkey Seats and custom mounts.
Brilliant 😁👍
Cool car!
One thing, l couldn't see the link for your suspension video in the description.
Forgot it! Added it in now
where did you buy these bucket seats? looking for buckets seats for my mk1 Cooper s
Those are by Kirkey
What/how is the GM wiring harness? Thanks
What seats are these? My stock 76 seats are uncomfortable with the non adjustable headrest in the middle of your back
They're Kirkey seats
Do you still have the bumpstop installed in this mini?
Bad ass 👍🏽👍🏽

It sounds like you have air in your system Theo.
@@Stevestonmotorco ok i will do another adjustment
Car looks great but it looks to sit wonky on the front lower on the front left (looking face on).
Build a Mini Sprint?
We'd need to find one first
Maitenace on switches?!!

Yeah, and hoodpins makes hood removal faster 😂
What seats are they?
what is that floaring in revier ? i just noticed in ur bakgroud
Probably a Loch Ness Monster
... but how does it drive?
Amazing
Grill mk1 , bonnet mk1 doors mk3 onwards rear lights mk4 onwards why ? All those bits and pieces don't really match . ( my opinion )
We're fine with it. Who says they need to match? It's certainly not pretending to be a mk1, but we do prefer the early grills.
What seats are these?
Kirkey Lowback V seats
@@Stevestonmotorco thank for your replay 😁 I really love those seats. What size are they? 16"?

Quite a fan of your uploads , but not a fan of this build
I don't want to look at your face. I want to see the car.
What seats are these?
