Tom is Matt's brother and Jas is his gf, the lovely couple have been spending time of late with Matt & Summer in Dubai, and not only have their own channel but been a regular on M&S's vlog (their second channel) - if you have the time watch a few of those vlogs and you will quickly be up to play and how they fit (wonderfully) on the real estate channel. Tom has actually filmed many (if not all) the recent house tours M&S have done in their new format while they live abroad. Sadly people are scared of change and are super quick to criticise such. Floor plans at the outset are, for me at any rate, a good means of understanding how a property works for a prospective owner/occupier. Otherwise the tour achieved the, very high, standards of this channel 👍

numbers. people who design laundry rooms have never done laundry. most wives have offered to do my laundry but prefer to do myself. and what you really need is a rack to hang shirt and pant straight from the washer or dryer. shirts if you hang don't need drying. huge energy save. win for the environment and your energy bill
I adore bamboo! Always wanted to put it in my garden. Bamboo is also really invasive! It’s even broken out of concrete planters. Once you put it in the ground, it’s out of your hands and there’s next to no controlling it, where it goes, or removing it from places you don’t want it. Every time I’ve gone to pick it up for a garden centre, the workers have said ‘don’t do it! We have a hell of a time with keeping our stock from taking over!’ It’s always put ,e off. The. I see this and think about going to get some again…..

You didn’t pickup on the double doors leading into the formal dinning room. By opening up the double doors you turn the hall and dinning area into semi large room, great for entertaining!
Just wondering, why is Tom walking backwards? When you show or tour a house, the house is more inportant to showcase than showing how you walk. Just my thought, but the house is gorgeous.
Apparently the carpet makes the room 'nice and spacious' and hand painted cabinets are 'unique'. Nice house, but truly horrendous presentation. Cringingly bad tbh. Ended up watching with the sound off and tried to ignore the 2 work experience kids getting in the way.
well, quite good for a start but @Matt & Summer are much better. It was a little too long tour, little bit chaotic. And walking backwards is not ideal. That does not look good.
This property is a tad overpriced. But that is not the main issue I have with the property. What really kills the appeal for me are the woodwork s that are truly retro plus the owner's lack of taste when it comes to interior design.
Perhaps if you spent less time flicking your hair and more time thinking about the difference between a hall and a landing, this would have gone better.
