Beautiful house that is actual lived in , ok the interior and furniture may not be everyone cuppa tea but the garden and house is all well maintained.

Love 💕 the outdoor space. I think it makes more sense to commute into London and have a big house with a beautiful garden. The last property you showed, I think was not worth the price for over £5,000,000 with just a tiny space to sit outside. I would choose this property hands down. Maybe update it but a lovely house.

I'd move in tomorrow, leave it fully furnished and I'll just chuck all my stuff in a couple of skips! It's a beautiful property and the grounds are fabulous. It is, imo, worth the price, definitely when considering some of the crazy ridiculous prices being charged elsewhere. Definitely get your money's worth with this beauty. Well chosen, guys. There are a lot of positive comments regarding the property, personally it needs full refurb and modernizing. it says a lot about the property when the outside is the best part.
I know! The interior is so dark and kind of hard to look at, but i guess thats the "traditional" feel of it, right?

I love this house. Like all the spacious rooms. The garden is so lovely and private. So much better value than some of the London apartments.

It’s nice to see a home that people actually live in! That yard is just crying out for a beautiful pool!
the issue with an outdoor pool in Britain is that we maybe get 1 or 2 weeks worth of weather per year where its actually usable haha! I used to have a friend from school who was quite well-off and his parents house had a pool in the garden...but it was left covered for 95% of the time! We do not have consistent warm summers like in America (i'm assuming you're American from your use of the word 'yard' lol).

Most homes we see look like museums. This house looks lived in and filled with love. I hope so anyway.
I would also change some of the bathrooms and put wooden floor and I think would look fabulous. The spaces are great. Good canvas to work with..
Now this is nice. Flows well. Separate lounge with patio door to the garden , not crammed into the kitchen as with most modern designs.
Summer is adorable
A nice traditional interior, and with some character too despite being a relatively modern build. And the size and greenery of the surrounding grounds is great too. Definitely worth its 3 million asking price. Overall one of my favorite properties shown on this channel so far. Mind you, an intruder could quite easily get in via that exit to the woodland…hire an armed security guard 😆
Agreed. Very beautiful in and out. Peaceful, spacious and modern. Only worry would be that back gate. I would probably get it sealed up completely. And have a couple of large Alsatians.

How many people do you think will be creeping in the woodland anyway? There will be more people at the front than the back - also how many people in the uk live in crowded areas where tonnes of people walk up and down the road every day? Far more chance of a break in than some random woodland stroller who probably lives in the same area also.
I like this house , it is a proper lived in house with a homely look . My friend lived in Cobham for a few years & I remember it being a nice place with some very large homes .
Good house tour. Excellent example of 15 year old house. It's a home as well as a house and refreshing to see a non staged sterile interior. Garden and grounds exceptional.

Lovely. I'm a traditionalist and like how it's both traditional and bright with high end features and materials.
Overall a nice house. Not sure about some of the flooring choices. Garden is beautiful. Kitchen is a bit small considering the size of the house.
You would think that the people living there would tidy up a bit, they knew it was going to be filmed.

Do you know the history of this house. Quite sure it was my old beauty school called Lakewood in the 80’s ran by Veronica Orr? The layout looks familiar and the same driveway…… would love to know.

Oh god, there's a bidet! That's definitely a selling point for me.
Nice house, but i am not a fan of the garden fence being that low and thin, specially when there is a public forest on the other side, also the same problem with the Japanese garden fence being flimsy for a front-back garden connector, but that isn't a big problem compared to the forest- backgarden fence.
yes a stronger gate at the back, but they have a high fence and electric gates at the front, plus it hundreds of yards away so the side access is not really an issue.
@@martincurrie6243 I see, its funny how this house, the front garden is much more secure and private than the back garden, at least i feel safer putting my bikes and other important objects and tools there than the back garden.

Amazing garden! Loved the floor plan as well, of course the interior design could be different but it is such a nice house that it was fun to imagine how I would furnish it if it was mine. It looks like it would looks beautiful regardless of how you furnish it.

the garden is by far the best part of this house absolutely beautiful and love the arrangement of hidden spaces and exit on to the woodland. The house is a proper 'lived' in house for a change and nice to see even 'rich' people have clutter lol

When I see a house with such a large outdoor area, all I think about is morning walks and dogs, big German shepherds going back and forth. Beautiful.

I like the house with two dining areas because I‘m from China and for Chinese cuisine people usually sit around the table and share every dishes. So that's what I like. I can place a round table for Chinese cuisine and when my family members or friends want to try western cuisine we sit around the long table.

I was simply pointing out that the figure has an extra zero in the title of the video ( at the time I watched it). So instead of 6 zeros, it had 7 zeros. Just my OCD 😂. The content creator said it’s a typo , obviously. 👊🏽

Id buy it for the gardens. I do like the house but id knock it down and make the rooms bigger and ceiling heights higher too.
Beautiful location, the house ticks soo many boxes but and its a big negative is that at the bottom of the garden someone can easily break into the house. Having a woodland at the bottom of the garden is a big negative. Sorry guys but a lovely real home and a great video by M&S
The MOST Beautiful garden. I did notice spots where I would like to remodel inside. My imagination kicked in with regards only to storage space/ redesigning the main bedroom closet area and kitchen cupboard lengths. .I could not believe the thoughtful garden space. Kudos once again. PS. You spoke of # teamhayfever . In Grande Prairie Canada we are #teamonfire as its NEVER been this hot. My co worker lives on an acreage in forest and 3 of her chickens kicked the bucket sadly from heat stroke.#friedchicken.#toosoon. Take care Summer Bear Hugs

Fantastic.. this house is messy like me and t would end up like this however it’s lovely seeing all the different types of living in big little or small homes were all so different. I don’t think it would take tons of money to make this amazing just clearing it out , paint and maybe carpet changes hear and there…

@@martincurrie6243 that's what I thought when I saw it- but nothing else in the house looked wheel chair friendly
The garden trumps all else, A simple remodel could open it up. All those small windows! At the back knock through big french or patios doors so you can flow into the garden and also so you can see that gorgeous garden, maybe a small extension out back for a proper Open plan kitchen living space. Upstairs just update the bathrooms (change to wall hung toilets and sinks) and rip out those clunky built in wardrobe doors that seem to want to open into half the room, and must be awkward to use. Change to sliders or bifolds and the walk in could be made to be a proper walk in wardrobe with expensive cabinetry.
