I'm also from haryana and it's the first video which shows 100% truth about haryana. Govt.reserved 75% jobs to locals but providing them to people of other states. Migration from U.P.,bihar rajasthan,chattisgarh etc. is a big problem to haryanvi's because locals didn't get job because of them.There is also anger in haryanvi's for these people. Thanks to creator for showing real problem of haryana.
when you cant compete with someone,you start hating them. The pvt jobs coming in hr are mainly for everyone coming to delhi or in delhi and it is just not fair to ask the companies to give them to haryanvis

A gujjar in my locality works as a driver, he drives a kia carens for a marwari .He is a big man, 6'2", body clearly shows he takes great amount of supplements and eats plenty of food too. I asked him bhaia aap personality se driver lagte nahi. HIS ANSWER- mere parivar ko 38 crore Mila hai muaawze mein, mere pitaji k hisse 13 crore aayega, 3 ghante gym krta hu, 20k mahina ka supplement khata hoo, gaon meh doodh dahi ki mauj hai, 7 acre bhi bhi hai jisme se Ghar k lie shuddh sabziyan aur gehoo milta hai, Bina chemicals ka, yeh naukri toh meh bas isiliye krta hu kyunki mujhe gaadi chalana pasand hai aur kuchh kaam aata nahi- I am from Faridabad, situation is same in entire ncr.. We need to understand the fact that being jobless doesn't means you're poor. In Haryana, most youths inherit huge amount of wealth and land. And that's the reason, it doesn't makes any sense to do other low income jobs just for getting the tag of 'employed'.

Industries are relocating to UP from Haryana mainly because of 75 percent job reservation for domiciles in the private sector. Not to forget the business-friendly policies of UP government.
there's no 70% reservation. Nothing of that sort has been approved by corporates. It was once in news but didn't happen. Still meritocracy is the basis for selection in pvt sector.

Core reason companies can exploit migrant workers as they want but not locals. So labour law in haryana strictly followed, then see the results. Most of the companies not giving the minimum wages to its workers that is their right. Max.salary for unskilled workers is merely 10k to 12k. In this salary they can't even survive in gurgaon and bahadurgarh due to so much inflation.

I am currently in Gurgaon and my analysis said that local people are unemployed as they are uneducated for skill oriented jobs As I can watch these situations near me it may be differ
I am ashish, i am student of government polytechnic narwana. There the techers only focus on theory not on practical study, all needed instruments and machine are available but teachers are not interested, this is the major problem of students who are studying there. But in polytechnic the practical part is about 70% and theory is 30% but there is 95% theory. This is sameless for teachers who teach there and government of haryana. I request to government of haryana plz improve the practical work.🙏🙏
True. Many of my friends want to hire drivers and supervisors etc. but locals hardly continue for few days. However, they are unemployed and in desperate need of a job but They have some weird arrogance issues which can never be tolerated even in the white collar jobs. Now many (including me) prefer outsiders for these jobs. Not for lesser salaries but for being comparatively more polite and serious for the job.

75 percent Reservation only in documents not on ground level almost 50 percent youth which comes from Schools going Foreign countries because of No Jobs in Haryana
All sum up to 2 things - 1. Low skilled human resource (poor quality of education - Govt. is responsible for this) which leads to their unemployability at higher posts with good salary. 2. Volunteer unemployment - (a)- No one wants to works in low salary since being a comparatively richer state here, people easily earn by other means (farming. money lending and rents) and they can't be recruited in private sector with poor skills at high salary when people from other states presents better CV. (b) - Major chunks of youths are preparing for govt. services which leads to their counting in unemployed individuals, also Govt has not recruited employs actively in past few years (which is not viable in long run as if everyone will work for govt then who will earn for govt- but yes there are need in govt that needs to be fulfilled - working out of capacity leads to inefficiency).

Reason for unemployment is not lack of jobs in Haryana. Haryana employs more people from outside states in private sector. Most locals are looking for Government jobs. I've seen people barely getting passing marks going for government jobs. They spend years preparing for exams without any success.

I'm also from haryana and it's the first video which shows 100% truth about haryana. Govt.reserved 75% jobs to locals but providing them to people of other states. Migration from U.P.,bihar rajasthan,chattisgarh etc. is a big problem to haryanvi's because locals didn't get job because of them.There is also anger in haryanvi's for these people.

Industries are relocating to UP from Haryana mainly because of 75 percent job reservation for domiciles in the private sector. Not to forget the business-friendly policies of UP government.

Core reason companies can exploit migrant workers as they want but not locals.
So labour law in haryana strictly followed, then see the results. Most of the companies not giving the minimum wages to its workers that is their right. Max.salary for unskilled workers is merely 10k to 12k. In this salary they can't even survive in gurgaon and bahadurgarh due to so much inflation.

True. Many of my friends want to hire drivers and supervisors etc. but locals hardly continue for few days. However, they are unemployed and in desperate need of a job but They have some weird arrogance issues which can never be tolerated even in the white collar jobs. Now many (including me) prefer outsiders for these jobs. Not for lesser salaries but for being comparatively more polite and serious for the job.

All sum up to 2 things -
1. Low skilled human resource (poor quality of education - Govt. is responsible for this) which leads to their unemployability at higher posts with good salary.
2. Volunteer unemployment -
(a)- No one wants to works in low salary since being a comparatively richer state here, people easily earn by other means (farming. money lending and rents) and they can't be recruited in private sector with poor skills at high salary when people from other states presents better CV.
(b) - Major chunks of youths are preparing for govt. services which leads to their counting in unemployed individuals, also Govt has not recruited employs actively in past few years (which is not viable in long run as if everyone will work for govt then who will earn for govt- but yes there are need in govt that needs to be fulfilled - working out of capacity leads to inefficiency).

Reason for unemployment is not lack of jobs in Haryana. Haryana employs more people from outside states in private sector. Most locals are looking for Government jobs. I've seen people barely getting passing marks going for government jobs. They spend years preparing for exams without any success.
