Parents using their children as pension plans is selfish and unfair. They're not your property just because you gave birth to them. They did not have a choice in the matter.
The children much benefit, more people being able to live. Also, birth control is unnatural and bizarre. Goes against the natural flow and spread of human life.
@@Fan-zx1lz swthane saying that children did not have a choice in the matter, is an inane thing to say. What child would have made some other choice than to come alive and be born? And what about all the people who somehow expect corrupt governments to provide their pension plans? What of the saying that "blood is thicker than water"? Isn't security in one's own family or in having many children, possibly more reliable than trusting in the economy and government? I figure if you want old-age-security, you have far more security in having 10 children than in having 1. 10 children is a large range of possibilities, that at least one of your children will be in a good position to take you into their home, when or if you become old or disabled, and do it willingly and be glad to do it. Having only 1 child is a huge burden on the children. So this 1 child is responsible for 2 parents and 4 grandparents? Is that even realistic?
I thought parents like Ravish's mother only exist in Kenya. Ravish's mother is the reason why some children make the painful and difficult decision to cut off their parents for the sake of their mental well-being.

I think education and health should be our main concern.
*All ppl shud have less children,* *if they can afford it doesn't mean they shud have so many children.*
*Because resources on earth are limited and everyone have equal right to use water, pure air, food and shelter.*
Sadly I do not agree with the education issue. Politicians like Nitish Kumasi and Yogi have stayed in power by keeping the people poor. The poorer the people the more subjugated they are and look on Politicians and God to lift them out of desperate poverty
Literacy rate isn't a huge issue when compared to social media, cinema and the biggest of all liquor and drug uses.
It's all inter-related. Poor healthcare and lack of education alongside regressive social norms leads to a population explosion in states like UP and Bihar. Politicians benefit from playing social groups against each other and keeping people poor so that they garner votes using a mix of misplaced freebies and divisive identity politics. Sadly, I don't see this changing in my lifetime and I'm only 35.
You write english pretty well for a literacy deprived nation...jobs are available and in plenty...and who has not gone pillar to post for jobs even in developed countries?
I felt so bad for the guy whose mother was scolding him, thinking that he was goofing off in school. You could see how stressed out he was. We have a similar problem to a lesser extent in the US. Everyone claims to be hiring, but so few qualified people are getting hired either because they are too over-qualified and companies don't want to pay higher wages, or because employers have wildly unrealistic expectations that don't match up with the salaries they offer. It's causing rising unemployment and under-employment rates that are contributing to younger generations no longer having disposable incomes. A lot of younger people will get scolded by older generations who no longer understand how the economy works and get frustrated that their children and grandchildren aren't leading the same lives that they did decades ago.

As a Indian. I say these things
Population explosion is the biggest threat in the world. The reason of every problems is overpopulation. I believe in less number of people will give less number of problems.
Sadly with climate change, will decrease population. As people grow, and become more capitalistic, people will want those type of goods that the middle class all wants.. now if you have billions of middle class people world wide, thats a impossible scenario to achieve as soo much pollution, plastic waste, trash, tons of other issue would occur. Thats why climate change is occurring at a fast rate, cause societies are advancing from that "poor" conservative era; poor conservative cultures tend to over populate, as thats the only way they survive and their religion to survive, as this applies world wide;
When liberalism and modern societies come in, less population growth, less marriages, less children being born. As no one wants kids.
We have enough resources to feed and house every single human being on this earth. But the wealth and resources are extremely unevenly distributed, with just a small percentage owning the vast majority of resources. That is the main problem.

"why dont you want kids ??"
"youre so selfish you only care about your self"
"youre going to dissapoint your parents"
sorry but im both emotionally and financially cant, and if i ever want children i rather just adopt in the future, theres already enough unfortunate abandoned childrens in this world why make one just for the sake of it without any good faundation to support that child's future you know ?
Only happens in UP and Bihar
i've been married for 4 years and no pressure yet, we are ready financially now to have them. only have it when you can.
@viveknair5694 that's still india
@@luciferjohnson8495 I live in one of these states (Bihar). Don't use this clusterfuck of a mess as a model of India as a whole. Although I will admit, the problems are endless.
@airplanedude3103 no one judging india just cut of this videos .but you can't deny the problem still persists and being offended by a RUclips video won't help it solve it . Because for some
It's better to live in denial .
Then to face the reality .
That dude talking about economy bigger than UK in front of those people is shameless
Living in South India and in Bangalore feels a different world to this part of India. Makes me compare it to western Europe to eastern Europe.
You are a bigot. South India is equally bad. Do you think that Biharis are not going to go to South India for jobs?
have you ever been to Europe? doubt it
@@momo-mq2qd too many times.
@@momo-mq2qd He didn't say Bangalore is better than any part of Europe, because it very obviously isn't. What he meant is that the difference between his part of India and the Indian part shown in the vid has quite a big development difference, like Western and Eastern Europe.
@@bletrick3352 you are kidding western Europe start to look like second world countries.
"if your husband doesn't agree, use these condoms"
wild how nobody's addressing rape in the comments
Hearing about women who traveled to India and got raped is so common, I can't imagine how badly it is for the women of India
I feel really sad for the poor people of my country.
Governments don't tell this : In order to feed the extra population from past four decades we have over utilised underground water & lost about 85% of it, the remaining water will come only for few years .. even excessive rains cannot refill this.
There is going to be drought for many years.
Quite unfortunate that India is exporting rice , sugar, wheat cotton which are water intensive another stupid act is to produce ethanol from the above.
Most of the people whom we are seeing in this video will die of hunger many will commit suicide.
Chemicals, fertilizers, just to keep food affordable.
India living on borrowed time.
What is the solution than can you suggest any? What poor farmers will do if they stop farming or how to cultivate grains like - rice, wheat and Sugar without water?
Nice imagination. Water is renewable.
@@marnix1
We have long back crossed all limits and there's no complete solution to stop this. Ofcourse organic farming, Minimalistic lifestyle, Banning meat consumption, banning rice wheat , sugar, cotton , soy production ( heavy water intensive crops ) and ban on food exports , switching to millet diet, traveling less , smaller houses ( real estate accounts to 15% global warming ) banning pet dogs ( they consume lot of meat and other resources ) are few solutions to fix the upcoming mega disaster to some extent.

Replacement rate of underground water ?
How much underground water was there 30 years back and how much is it now. Go check the status before making foolish comments.
