Hey Camodo here's an idea for a fast but controllable supercar. Take the SBR 4, Sequential Hillclimb edition, put the biggest engine, twin turbochargers, the 7 speed duel transaxle transmission and the biggest nos bottle you can find. You might also want the heavy duty long block and high performance radiator and drag or race tires. This car will do 245 with the nos and roughly 200 without. 0-60 is less than 3 seconds.
I don't know about putting a huge and heavy engine in an SBR4. It's rear engine and it would oversteer a lot

The car and setup actually seems decent, visually and functionally imo for what you were going for.
I would drive one ... But only on a track XD. I think the last version is turned good and if you had let off the brakes in the tunnel and coasted you would have made the turn or gently scraped.
Also the wing does seems to really help, even looking at the suspension. Tbh idk what the down force slider changes, that's not directly equivalent to irl.
Btw holding brakes (even irl) usually give you more understeer, especially as modern cars have more breaking power in the front to control the slide. Like sure it slows you down faster but the wheel rotates less in the direction your pointing, compared to the car, so thus engages slip.
Usually want a consistent rhythm when speed and control is important but yeah if you're going to hit something I guess but tapping pulses help with steering if you're going for the avoid.
I feel like this car might make a great drift car on a controller.

Ok some fun facts about cars (being that I'm a mechanic and all) more cylinders doesn't mean more power...my 6 cylinder Cummins will blow any Duramax or Power stroke put of the water almost for example...not necessarily speed wise but power wise.
My V6 Camaro toasted the V8 version (not the LS mind you) through the use of a procharger that someone gave me...
My 4 cylinder stock mercedes can roast a lot of the V8s out there today...
Cylinders doesn't mean more power...also, Horsepower is not the ability to go fast, it's the ability to maintain your speed once you are there, Torque is the ability to get there...Torque wins you races.
I think you might get a much better performance on your car using a V8 instead of the 12 and even then there is a ton of options. Let me give you an example using my Dakota since it is actually meant to be a race truck.
My Dakota has a 4.7l Magnum in it bored out and sleeved beyond the water jackets to allow use of the LS style lightweight pistons (they dissipate heat very well but also wear out quick) with a custom ground forged crank and drop forged rods for strength and durability at higher speeds. That means I can get my RPMs higher without worrying about parts breaking. I have High Output custom Dart aluminum heads with angled and staked valve seats (that's not something you would have to worry about in Beamng because you won't drop a valve or worry about valve seats) they are ported and polished and have a large intake valve installed allowing the motor to breath better but increases back pressure for lower range handling like cornering and rock crawling (this is my toy so I wanted to have good use Capability of the 4x4 as well as to be a monster in a race) but it also increases fuel economy because I don't want to get 20 gallons per mile. The springs are heavier 350 pound Comp cams springs which allow quicker and more precise spring ack and a comp cams dual roller timing chain to offer as little resistance as possible. Timing advanced 2 blocks (single stroke of chain length because the timing has to be set by the chain) for the equivalent of a 14 degree advance. The intake is the intake off of a Jeep Commander because it is deep partitioned with low valley's and no baffles meaning the air actually swirls like a tornado inside making it move much faster. It cools better while also allowing a greater fueling rate. I used Chevy Ecotech 12 hole variable rate fuel injectors #1 because they are adjustable and #2 because they give a nice even cone of fuel spray and also last longer with very little drip meaning better burning which not only means power but also economy...now the exhaust release is just as important as the rest of this. I used Doug theory headers on mine. They were meant for jeeps meaning they have all of their bulk up high so I can dump the exhaust about 6 inches out. The increased back pressure due to the valves is important there.
This tops out at a grand total of 757HP and 1229 ft/lbz of torque on the Dyno...
Mercedes V12 engine only puts out 480HP with 690ft/lbz of torque.
I spelled that all out because without all of those mods, my 4.7l V8 makes 235 HP with about 300 ft/lbz of torque...each little thing can improve or hurt the motor...it it may help in one area and hurt in another so you have to weigh your options...
My hood even improves my engine performance because I don't have a turbo but I have a high function ram air setup where it jets the air into the throttle body Giving a performance boost.
5.7 and 6.4 Hemis have nothing on my...I whipped a twin turbo mustang the other day and I toasted a 2020 Corvette...
I also do not run slicks because remember if you spin tires you aren't gripping and you are wasting time.
I know it's a novel but I hope you read this and it helps you understand a little better about the small things on the car that improve performance...

Id suggest a V6 for that car, V12s are normally in lambos. But for good control and overall effectiveness id go with the V6 with twin or just single turbos
Plus it would probably lead to less wheelspin and since its lightweight body that engine would fit better.
