To make the V8 Motor visible you can use a window from the section in the designer called windows
Or just use another variant that has a window at the back (for this particular body there are a couple of variant with a window)

I'll be honest, the main things I don't really like about that car is the tail lights, and that the front wheels sit further within the wheel wells compared to the rear wheels.

Camodo, using any type of boost you generally want piston compression around 8.8 . Running 91 or higher octane will also help .
Automation is pretty advanced for most people. I think a better place to start would be to modify existing cars in Stock BeamNG, because depending on a car you might have quite a selection of different bodywork, engines, turbos, wheels, suspension options, wide and narrow track, etc., etc. For example today I have created a very unique Vivace Front-Drive hatchback with narrow front-track, which allowed huge wheels, and wide rear track for extra stability. So I ended up with 295mm front wheels to handle all that Front-Wheel-Drive torque, and 245mm wheels at the back. And, yes, there were cars like that in reallife, some Pontiacs comes to mind.

Also, Camodo, I would appreciate if you made a list or something with the components of your computer. I just built my own like 2 days ago with a Ryzen 7 5800X and an RTX 3060 with 32gb of RAM. It's good enough to run Beamng at 60 FPS or higher with Ultra graphics, AI traffic, on West Coast, USA.
I got the 5800x3d, 3080 12gb memory 32gb (4 sticks) ram, and the Asus strix 570e wireless gaming mobo and it runs great, plus I can use it as a heater... literally.

Turn down compression to use turbos. Irl turbo engines are low compression. You can spend about an hour tweaking the motor for max HP/TQ output

The only concerns I have for this is that you should an interior but from there the car is pretty solid and please add this as a mod or something
Camodo, your car needs a centre stoplight, also for an American car, give it a ducktail spoiler instead of a wing! And a lot more reflector lights, and maybe some fake vents on the fenders for verisimilitude

Camodo, if you want a clear engine cover use a glass panel fixture over the engine, and while you're still starting, make the engine you want then use the AI tuning option, it does a decent job of getting it running at least
