Good, 42, reportedly began dating Majors, 34, in May 2023, months after the star physically assaulted his then-girlfriend, British dancer Grace Jabbari.
Majors was found guilty in December 2023 on two counts of harassment and two counts of assault in connection to the March 2023 incident.

Shout out to Melena! I stated in my lastest podcast about Meagan Good & Jonathan Majors ( JM) that in her investigation on JM she interviewed 20 different women he'd dated, one being a fiance. This is wrong. It was 20 different PEOPLE who'd had encounters with Jonathan, SOME of which were ex girlfriends & one was a fiance, but they weren't all ex girlfriends.

Most women will have to learn the hard way that you are only special to only a very few, if that. It doesn't matter how pretty, how nice or good you are, because it's NOT about YOU. If you're dealing with someone who is broken you won't be some miracle worker who will change him for the better. You might end up briken trying to fix him. Remember the golden rule, "What one will do to another they will eventually do to you. "
My mother told me when I was a young woman. "Baby you will get far knowing you are a part of the rule NOT the exception." Megan will get the same man the other's did.

Megan is foolish for being in a relationship with Jonathan Majors. Jonathan should not be involved with any woman, he should be single and taking anger management counseling and getting some help for his bad behavior and abuse towards women.
That's exactly what he's doing.
Sometimes it takes a life lesson for a man to change. My husband was abusive towards me bc he saw it growing up. I left him and he’s been living the right way with his wife he’s with now. So, maybe it took a hard lesson to wake him up.
There is also a People Magazine interview, where she said even Jonathan Majors told her, she shouldn’t be with him, and she told him, NO, and that she wants to be with him, even he warned her. Megan need to heal and do some serious inner work, her looks can’t save her.

The problem I have with Ms Good and her ex…it “feels” disingenuous that they put their relationship out there via their celebrity, make money off their relationship by the book they put out…then they divorce and go quiet. So many folks could’ve learned from the demise of that relationship. Disappointed.

Devon is walking on the fence of the world 🌎 and being a Christian. Instead of having a balanced life he’s balancing on the fence where there is no stability….. it’s double mindedness.
Megan knows what’s up with him, but she’s gone so far with him publicly through all of this mess that she’s trying to save face.

I truly believe that Megan was the woman he was texting with that evening when he and Grace Jabari got into the altercation that night.
Clearly, she supported him during his trial because she believed in his innocence. It seems that he struggles to maintain integrity in his relationships.
I call it “willful ignorance” when one dismisses the obvious.
Meagan probably thinks that he won’t abuse her because she’s special and different.
I firmly believe that Meagan Good's story is all too common, with many women enduring similar mistreatment. If individuals do not change their ways, they perpetuate destructive cycles. It's baffling why someone would stay in a relationship with a person known for violence against women. I was one of those women. I recall an incident from my early twenties involving a military serviceman who, after initially being kind, turned physically aggressive, hitting and choking me. Despite this, our relationship continued for almost a year. He confided that his previous relationship had ended because his partner wanted marriage, which he wasn't ready for. I later discovered a photo album of him and his ex-girlfriend, including a picture of her with a cast on her arm. He callously admitted to breaking her arm during a struggle for control. His deployment to "Desert Storm" eventually led to our separation and the end of our relationship. Reflecting on this, it's clear that emotional abuse was also present. I'm grateful that I was finally able to put myself first my safety and well-being by cutting ties instead of waiting for his return. Looking back, it's evident that I narrowly escaped a potentially damaging relationship and marriage.

I think it was also telling the way Michael Ealy ignored him & greeted everyone else. Black Hollywood is a small community.

Megan reminds me so much of my best friend, she seems to be a really good and a sweet person. She think she can save Johnathan,but she can't.My friend keeps getting involved with different men,but basically same situation. It breaks my heart, I left that mess behind in my 20's. Everyone has told and her children have told her. Were both 52, its frustrating and emotionally draining to deal with someone who is in denial.

Meagan has some insecurity issues, imo. She is too pretty for Majors, and he is an abuser as well. She could have, and should have, done better. But, she doesn't seem to know it herself.

I think sometimes when people say i wish her the best or I'm going to pray for her. It's coming from a place of empathy. When you can't talk someone out of the bad decision I think we can still feel bad for them or have empathy because they didn't make a different choice. And as far as praying for her perhaps people pray that if he does hurt her she survives and then perhaps realizes her mistake and can save her life or pray that God helps him realize that he needs to get help ... real help. I don't think there's anything wrong with people hoping, wishing or praying for the best. Certainly don't wish them the worst. Especially if you couldn't convince them otherwise. I don't know just saying. 🤷🏾♀️

I was thinking how this relates to when a BM praises his "preference" over BW, because they act better; yet, treats his "preference" the same or worse than his mistreatment of BW. ANYONE, ( BM or BW) who constantly points the finger at the other person and blames the other person for the failures in their relationships, is a person who lacks personal responsibility. If you lack personal responsibility, then you lack the ability to change your behavior (and life) for the better. That's why the preference of unhealed BM gets the same dysfunctional man that the BW had. Thus the saying: She got the same Black man.
Tyler Perry always shoots his films very quickly. That's why there is an issue with quality. Jonathan calls Megan his Coretta Scott King. Therefore, when she doesn't live up to that ideal, he could criticize and emotionally abuse her.
You have a point. Expecting someone to live up to a Coretta Scott King is an unrealistic IMAGE that is damn near impossible to hold up. That's a recipe for failure because she'll never be Coretta, she can only be herself.

Megan is still in recovery from her failed marriage. Being a unmarried woman over 40 in that industry must have really broke her confidence which made her vulnerable for him to slide right on in. Both need healing but need to do so separately I fear this not ending well. Prayers

I saw the preview for this new movie and thought the same thing. It's unfortunate that she is going to have to experience this in order to learn the life lesson. But it takes what it takes no matter how long it takes. We will have to take the test over and over until we pass it.
Very truel. You do keep getting the same test over and over again until you finally learn your lesson. One of the lessons that women must learn is to trust your feelings and learn how to say no and mean it to guys who keep trying. Just because a man keeps trying it does not mean that he loves you. It just means that in his mind he thinks that you will eventually give in so that he can win an ego point.

Listening to Meagan gave all the reasons why Devon exited the marriage. She repeatedly stated “I am not convicted of” well that will ruin you spiritually, relationships and anything else you deem an asset in your life. Meagan will end up ruining herself if she doesn’t truly form a relationship of obedience to God and respect.

I read an artie article today about Meagan and it struck me very odd. The article mentioned that Jonathan showed up on set of the movie Meagan is starring in. I don't know why that rubbed me wrong but it did.. He has history of being controlling and him just showing up on the set makes me wonder.
I saw a bit of her new movie and it’s eerie because while I hope she won’t be hurt, it feels like this movie is a premonition. Plus, I think JM is a good actor and he needs help. He needs help and so does she.
Some women get caught in the following game. To get a woman hooked, the guy puts her at his service, pretending not to know how to do many things so that she feels useful and invested. This makes the woman feel special, and the guy moves on to a new version of that woman every 3 to 5 years.

Megan Good is very interesting. I listened to her Club Shay Shay interview and she comes off genuine yet something is off. As a child actor she has grown up in the industry and is very much PR trained so I knew she wasn’t gonna say anything about her Devon. As for this new relationship I just think she’s always been someone who doesn’t listen to others because she believes that she’s so in tune with God and her spirit.
She doesn't come off as genuine, just well practiced in what she is putting out in interviews.
It's my opinion she may have been at fault for the divorce so she has decided not to talk about it. Or she is not at fault but wants to remain amicable with her ex so she just leaves the past alone.

A better prayer would be to pray that God opens her eyes to her failure to see truth & that she seeks Him to change her within & that it reflects her outward decisions. May God give her the will to do the work to change.

Yes. There's a viral story of a woman who was an attorney, and she was with a much older man who was in a wheelchair. He was abusive and murked her. He put her body in a bag and was seen dragging it down the street where he discarded it at a trash dumpster. When the police arrested him, the neighbors tore at him. They were livid at what happened to this lady.
It's a familiar spirit that attracts people to each other

I just watched DIVORCE IN BLACK last night. While watching I thought to myself wow this must hit home for her in more ways than one. I can look at him and tell he has deep seeded issues with women (his mother) and Megan is going through hell. She looks too thin probably from stressing because she is with a crazy man. I’m glad you addressed this real life issue. However I believe this particular relationship is something a “Hollywood fixer” arranged. He’s more than likely a horrible person that has someone pulling moves to rehab his public image. Megan is in the wrong if she agreed to be used for this purpose. Covid showed us these actors don’t have the money to make it unless they stay relevant and working. Maybe it’s a money grab on her part.

This comment nothing to do with this video but I was just listening to a interview with Kirk Franklin and he mentioned how he was asked what’s the secret to his success and he answered and said he’s too insecure to be forgotten. That made me think about you stating he has an addiction of some sort but you don’t know what and I believe it could be an addiction to attention!

He was convicted because of the ethnicity of the alleged victim. He ran from her and she chased him down and attacked him. Had she been the ethnicity of Ms. Goode, it wouldn't have been newsworthy. She understands that.
