My name is My View My Opinion (MVMO) & I am a Podcaster, on RUclips. Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share my personal information anymore and I ask that others respect this. Also, I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share to be the focus of folks attention. Many crave applause, acceptance, & "fans & followers". I believe in letting the information take center stage.

My RUclips channel is host to my podcast. However, I do make on camera appearances from time to time & have many times in the past- as this is how my channel started, with me on camera talking about whatever. And for those who always ask, yes, I am a black woman, LOL!!!!

As a chiropractor, the fact that he left his practice so easily and quickly tells me that he didn't have a strong clientele base, which tells me he was struggling with his business. The flags were blood red! Any man who is willing to become dependent on a woman he just met is not much of a man.
@@lovelynirvana2960 It's a tough business. A chiropractor in Hawaii recently killed his wife, 3 children and himself due to financial pressure. Covid did not help the situation.

The choice of one's marriage partner is the most important decision one will ever make in life, and should never involve a reality show.
The narrative about what Bryan gave up seems weird to me. They've been married for four years without children, so it's not like he was at home caring for their children. It's hard to believe that an educated man with a successful practice couldn't establish sustainable work in four years simply because he relocated to another state.
I just read Rachel was ordered to pay this man $13,000 a month in spousal support. There were better men Rachel could have selected on that show, or she could have had a baby. Very unwise, having to take care of a grown man she isn't with anymore. Not a good look, yet she's intelligent?
I heard that she didn’t have a prenup. That’s hard to believe with her being a lawyer and her Dad’s a judge.

This divorce is getting messy. Unfortunately, Rachel didn’t sign a prenup, and one should have been signed especially because of how they ended up together in the first place…on a reality tv dating show! Wish her the best!!

I agree.. She has to 2 years any. That one time check will take of the two year amount. I'm wondering if had this planned all alone and did he had someone on the side. Besides there is no reason he could not find a job. He went to college to become a chiropractor.. There is no way he was able to find another job. He and Rachel separated December 31, 2023 to say the lease. Then he files for divorce on January 2, 2024. Since he filed he should have paid for his own divorce.
Rachael went off of looks and genes; she wanted someone good-looking (she's very average looking). Brian went along with it because he's a scammer; also this is payback for not being 1st. Remember, he was her 2nd choice.

I never watched that dating show and had very little interest in their relationship. However, with the impending divorce, I’m now curious about the guys Rachel turned down to select this dude.
God says to submit to your husband. That doesn't mean you stay in an unhealthy relationship.
I didn't watch the dating show but I became aware of Rachel from her podcast with Van Lathan, Higher Learning. It is interesting that in her references to her marriage while on the podcast, she did an excellent job of hiding marital issues. While dating someone seriously, it is so important to fully disclose finances and flesh out your financial priorities as an individual and then develop them together as a couple. The openness and transparency (or lack thereof) will tell you so much about their character. An unwillingness to discuss finances while seriously dating will lead to money issues in the marriage, which is the #1 cause of divorce. If you're serious about each other, this should be an important topic to explore. If there is still too much secrecy, that is a RED FLAG and it is time to go.
Loved your analysis, did see the interview where she spoke about her therapist advice , looved it and thought she was smart, fun and quite intelligent. I pray she moves 🙏 on quite successfully to a more rewarding chapter.

As a female, we sometimes make decisions based on him having potential and what could be.
I wasn’t not going to watch the very first Black woman on “The Bachelorette!” I remember the comments at that time were that she was the most accomplished of any bachelorette who had ever appeared on the series. It was such a turnoff, though, when the suitors stepped out the limousine to introduce themselves. It was Brian’s turn & he walked up to her and planted one on her - HEAVY - like serious: tongue, spit, everything! It was SO GROSS 🤮 but not to Rachel, she gave him the ‘first impression rose.’ She confessed on the finale that it wasn’t even necessary for her to do the rest of the show ‘cos she was going to be choosing Brian, but that, of course, she was contractually obligated to complete the whole show. I was like, “Ugh 😣”

Rachel chose someone who wanted to be taken care of and so now she’s going to have to take care of him.
Rachel will get through this & it's a lesson she won't forget...Thankfully, she only has to pay him for 2 years, which is why he's trying to get more money from her...His track record that the franchise should have vetted, would have shown that he is a scammer.

I didn't even know that they were getting a divorce. My first and only red flag is going on the show and "allegedly" falling in love in that short amount of time. Not saying it couldn't happen, but I think people go on those shows to jumpstart a Hollywood career! I hope and pray that she take time to heal, bounce back and find true love!

Rachel’s situation is reflective of what would have happened to Eboni K Williams if at this current time, with all her professional,social and financial baggage, had married a bus driver. He would have not been able to pay substantial bills, would have to move in with her etc… All those things that make Bryan a redflag to Rachel.

Pandemic - Life got Life-y.
Rachel gave up a lot, by supporting him financially, she left her lawyer business behind in Dallas to move to Miami to help him out financially their. 1yr& 5 months through the covid pandemic, how can she stay home, she had to work to carry the load, and she's still is carrying the load, he has to figure away to prosper his business, no one can do that for him I wish he can do that for himself!!

This is true of both men and women that divest.
Most of these shows wont have a high success rate, because its not reality(no pun intended),they will get tired of each other at some point,and they will run out of new ways to satisfy or keep each other happy forever.Happiness and peace is only found in Christ,so He must be center stage for any marriage to work.

Ive heard directly from a man: when you make more money and do better than a man, he gets jealous and bitter, which eventually ruins the relationship. Ive also heard that money is the biggest destroyer of marriages and relationships. Both parties should stay on top of their finances, get passive income etc.

The only good thing about the spousal support is that it probably won’t last that long because they were only married a few years. It’s probably not gonna be ‘until he gets married’. There’s usually a cut off date.

My comment is some naive decisions were made. Bryan is an only child that was told in his information regarding his life. They talked about where to live repeatedly and they should have thought carefully before making that decision. Rachel appeared very forceful when making decisions and he allowed her to be the boss. Some women will wear the pants of the house when allowed especially we as women of color. She stated she wanted children immediately after the wedding I was surprised they had not which now is good they didn’t. I truly believe she made most of the decisions and her career turned a different direction and I believe marriage was not as important to her once that happened. He gave everything for her happiness and the relationship suffered. I feel bad for him. She was front and center on the TV and he was left with no life, no wife and no family. That was supposed to have been what happened. She spoke at the beginning how her friends encouraged her to appear on the show. Rachel appears to want the limelight and she lived a highly level of life. Bryan’s family were average working class family. I kept up with them and there is no winner in this relationship. Their goals changed and I believe she left him stranded after he gave up his life for him.🥲😇
