This is a great video but I have an old Bosch Nexxt 300 series machine and there is mold in the fabric dispenser, can you tell me how to remove the dispenser?
@LurgsHowToGuides My series 4 bosch front door has no rinse function. How could I rinse after the descaling is done. Can you suggest an alternative method ?
It may have already reached the filter so check in there. Else you will have to just wait and hope the filter traps it, unless you can get a Vacuum cleaner nozzle in that hole but doubt it would work. Hope you find it.

I have a Bosch washing machine. But the drawer comes out and I can clean grime and black mould off that no problem. The place I have an issue with is when you take out the drawer and all the little water spouts inside like tiny egg trays with holes where the water comes through get covered in mould as they’re always wet/damp and under the drawer. I can’t clean them out? Is there a way to remove that whole section to clean it? As that’s where I have the mould even though my machine is only a few months old.
I believe it does remove but it's very hard to get it out. After every wash always leave your dispenser drawer open to prevent mould build up. Clean the top holes with a toothbrush and hot soapy water and you can also try a small dental floss one which goes inside the little holes. BUT remember to put a cloth over the large hole as you do not want to drop your toothbrush down there!
Help- I have put the blue plastic clip in the drawer the wrong way round and so I now can’t open the drawer more than an inch. Is there any way I can get to the drawer other than pulling it open to turn the clip the right way again?
Pratik Mittal oh dear that’s not good. You can get those flexible claws that you can poke down holes you might have a chance of grabbing it, or maybe a vacuum cleaner nozzle might suck it back up. Depends how far down it’s gone. Hope you get it
Not sure, you probably need to call someone from the Washing Machine company and explain what's happened, but I expect you will need to take your washing machine apart.
