It's $15/100,000 now July 2023.Unused Credits get wiped away/deleted after 365 days.

how are you getting exact keyword ranges? Keyword planner only gives us a vague range for search volumes, even with campaigns running and using expert mode.
That's strange. You should see exact keyword volume as long as you've added billing info to the account. Since you said you've got campaigns running, I'm unsure why you aren't seeing them. I've never run into that before. Sorry I can't be more helpful. When you figure out what the issue is, please let me know so I note this in the future.

is the template no longer accessible? I tried paying for it and it's sayiing transaction cannot be processed. my card is working fine.
